I had a new system installed and they replaced my Ecobee with a T10+ and I really liked it (and did not like the Ecobee). I had two other Ecobee's and decided to replace them with the T10+. The device is a bit more complicated to setup and the Residio application interface kind of sucks compared to Ecobee, but the TStat works better and applies 1st/2nd/Aux heat perfectly to maintain tempurature (The Ecobee always struggled with this on all 3 systems).
The buyer beware bit is the T10+ is a "Pro" version, and to Honeywell, that means if a Pro did not install it, you have not warranty support. Since I did have one T10+ professionally installed, I could honestly say the installer had been there, but I just need this one thing fixed (The Residio interface was not working, but it ended up being on their side)
Unless there is a specific feature you need on the T10+, I would look at the T9, as it is nearly the same device, but it has full residential support from Honeywell. I am very HVAC savvy and very tech savvy, so I have no issue support these mostly myself. Great Tstat all around with those caveats.
