A pleasant surprise! RIOWOIS sound bar saves the day (and my ears)!
The recent failure of a bedroom TV led to the purchase of a new 32″ Fire TV from Amazon. While the TV is great, the sound quality was lacking. The TV’s optical connection led to the search for a sound bar. Very good sound, especially for the price
The speakers on my Insignia Fire TV are total garbage and rattle at the low end, even when the volume is low. This sound bar was a great solution. It doesnât take up much room and it was easy to set up, although it took a bit of trial and error to find the right setting on the TV. Itâs a bit of a pain to need two separate remotes when watching a program; the TV remote cannot control the sound bar volume. And it would be better if the power indicator light on the sound bar was on the front instead of on the top so you could see it from across the room and know whether or not it was turned on. But all in all, I am very happy with this purchase and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a decent, low-cost alternative to the televisionâs speakers.

Riowois sound bar
sound lousy on my new Hisense tv so thought a sound bar would help. IT SURE DID! I was up to 100% on my tv and could barely hear it over window air conditioner(I don’t have any hearing problems) when watching dvd’s.  For cheap price, this one is really a keeper. Very easy set-up for anyone and I was able to sit it ‘behind’ the tv cause it would block the on/off button on tv. Now have to turn down cause my tv time is late at night.

I CAN HEAR TV NOW
MY ROKU 52″ TCL TV SOUND WAS SO LOW YOU HAD TO CRANK IT UP TO 80 TO HEAR PROPERLY. I BOUGHT THIS SOUND BAR AND NOW I CAN ADJUST THE SOUND PERFECTLY AND IT DOESN’T CHANGE WHEN I CHANGE CHANNELS. IT WORKS BEST ON THE OPTICAL SETTINGS. ALSO EASY TO SET UP.

Update 06/21/2025The seller reached out to me after I posted my negative review and they apologized profusely. They offered me a replacement which arrived this morning. I connected it and it sounds great! This compact soundbar squeezes a lot of good sounding audio out of its small package. (I needed a compact soundbar for a small TV in my kitchen that is in a very cramped spot. (The TV’s internal speakers were dreadful!) This was the only inexpensive soundbar that was small enough to fit. I can now recommend this product. If a problem is encountered, contact the seller and they’ll make it right without a hassle.Original review:If I could give this product ZERO STARS I certainly would, as it arrived new and defective. (No visible physical damage to the package or contents either.)After unpacking, I hooked the RIOWOIS soundbar up to the AUX jack on a small TV using the included 3.5mm auxiliary cable. Even with the volume control on the TV set at minimal audio, so as to make sure the soundbar’s input was not overloaded, the soundbar produced horribly distorted sound. I tried my phone, same thing. Hooking up another soundbar that I already owned, and both sources worked as they should, so the problem definitely was this RIOWOIS soundbar.A frustrating and infuriating waste of my time and energy!

Sound bar is good just that when you power it off you need to go and reselect the soundbar on the Bluetooth or the Amazon fire stick

Decent sound quality. Good value
The sound quality that comes out of these is Far and Away better than the speakers in the TV but it is by no means a high-end product. The sound is clear but there’s not a lot of bass so the sound is a little flat. The connectivity is great. Bluetooth paired with no problem and the optical cable worked with no issues. It’s also great that it comes with the optical cable. The build quality seems fine and it’s the perfect size and weight to sit right underneath the tv. Overall good value for money but keep in mind you get what you pay for
