Surprisingly Powerful Pocket-Sized Assistant
This is one of those gadgets I didnât know I needed until I had it. The sound quality is impressively clear, both for general recording and phone calls, and it connects to my phone via Bluetooth in seconds without any fuss. The app was easy to figure out, and the transcription plus AI-generated summary is super useful, especially for meetings, interviews, or appointments where I donât want to miss important details. I love that it attaches neatly to the back of my phone and comes with a little case and adapter, so Iâm not constantly digging through my bag trying to find it. Itâs sleek, compact, and very user-friendly.Now, to be fair, there are free apps out there that can transcribe or summarize recordings, but none of them do it this cleanly. The audio quality here is noticeably better, the transcription is more accurate, and the language support is impressive. It wonât do real-time translation, but it will transcribe and translate afterward in a ton of languages, which is a big bonus. If youâre someone who needs to capture conversations for work, advocacy, interviews, or just managing brain fog or memory challenges, this thing is absolutely worth having on hand.

Good with a little caveat
This is a nice, thin, small-format recorder with text translation, summarization, great for recording lectures, phone calls, or just translating voice to text from one language to another. 2″ x 3.4″ x .131″ without a cover makes this super compact; you can slip that into a wallet. The pouch is made out of leather, and it has a built-in magnet so it can attach to your phone case. The magnet is strong enough to keep it attached while being shaken, but when putting your phone with it into your pocket, it might fall off. This recorder is using a special charger with pogo pins, not a regular USB port. The battery lasts a long time and charges pretty quickly. The screen is small, and it only has a few messages: Welcome, bye-bye, record, call, and save when youâre done recording. You can activate vibration to confirm when recording stopped in the app. The app has all the goodies and is easy to use. You can listen to the recordings, trim the recordings, see all the text translations and summarizations, which is super cool, and even send it via email txt etc., and in a variety of formats. To the caveats now: transcription takes a while, and you only have 400 minutes a month in a first-year “plan”. You can purchase additional minutes if needed, and they are not crazy expansive. After the first year, the plan says recharge to activate, but there is no explanation of how much that will cost. The connection to the phone is easy; use Bluetooth, or you can hook it up to the computer via USB cable or to the phone via usb plug supplied with the recorder. Sound is crisp, not digitally enhanced. So far so good, love the small format and was of use.

Itâs… okay. Not great, not terrible.
I got this voice recorder mostly for meetings, and while it does most of what it promises, thereâs nothing here that really wowed me. The build is actually pretty nice… itâs compact, feels sturdy enough, and the included case is a plus. Setup was relatively simple, and pairing it with the app didnât take long, though the app itself isnât the most user-friendly thing out there. It gets the job done, but it feels like something from a few years ago.Recording quality is solid for the most part. I tested it in a small conference room and also in a busier coffee shop, and it did a decent job picking up voices clearly even with background noise. So, credit where itâs due on the audio side. Now, the AI transcription and summarizing is where things get a little dicey. It works sometimes, even surprisingly well, but itâs inconsistent. Basic conversations are fine, but once thereâs any overlapping dialogue, accents, or technical language, it stumbles. I found myself spending extra time editing the transcripts, which kind of defeats the purpose of having AI do the heavy lifting. If youâre expecting it to nail everything automatically, youâll probably be a little disappointed. But if you just want a straightforward recorder with a little tech flair and donât mind putting in some manual cleanup after the fact, this could still be a useful tool.Overall, it’s fine. Itâs not a bad buy, but it doesnât really stand out either. You wonât hate it, but donât expect it to blow your mind.

Small but mighty voice recorder
This voice recorder may be small but it gets the job done in a big way. The fact that it also comes in its own small case that you can put on the back of your phone is a huge plus. Iâm not great at taking notes so I can use this this recorder to do the job for me. You also get access to an app that will put your notes in order for you, and it has a free version if you donât need all the apps bells and whistles. This is a game changer for me!

Must have for business or school
Great for school and lectures. Very easy to figure out and use, and works very well. So far Iâve been testing for work meetings and will be using for college lectures soon. Love it so far and how advanced it feels, even though itâs actually very simple to use!
