holds child securely. depending on the size of the frame used, it can be low to the ground.
this works well and securly holds 12 m old infant. depending on your frame the swing is a bit low to the ground with no way of adjusting it. My GD love it.

We have an outdoor swing set but those swings were for older kids, my 3 yr old wanted to sit too but the swings were not safe.
