When you’re hungry now and don’t want to wait, just fire up the gas grill and start cooking. No matter what you’re craving, the Oklahoma Joes® Canyon Combo Grill & Smoker delivers. Redesigned to improve your smoking & grilling experience, the Canyon Combo now has pivoting cool touch handles, an easy-access ash pan and rubber treads on the wheels. There are tool hooks, a charcoal basket and a robust staging shelf.
COMBO SMOKER & GRILL: With a horizontal cooking chamber and a firebox on the side, the smoker is fueled by charcoal and flavored by hardwood splits & chunks, sold separately, to cook low and slow with indirect heat. The 3-burner gas grill is powered by liquid propane gas and runs on a 20-pound propane tank, not included. It has a 36,000 BTU rating, reaches cooking temperatures quickly, delivers high temps and maintains even heat.
COOKING AREA: Smoke up to 2 pork shoulders and grill 12 burgers on the 750-square-inch primary grates. Grill up to 15 wings or 6 burgers on the 281-square-inch firebox grate.
TOOL HOOKS: Three tool hooks are included to hang your tongs, spatula and other tools, freeing up space on your shelves.
ASH PAN: A removable ash pan on the side of the firebox collects ash from the fire and provides easy access to clear out the ashes, making clean-up simple.
SMOKESTACK & DAMPERS: Adjustable dampers on the firebox and smokestack regulate heat and smoke giving you maximum control and consistent results.
WHEELS: Two large rubber-treaded, steel wagon wheels give you better traction and easier mobility to roll the smoker over any terrain.
HANDLES: Pivoting cool touch lid & firebox handles move with you when opening & closing the lid.
BOTTOM SHELF: The flat bottom shelf with an integrated raised shelf holds your wood splits, accessories & additional fuel to keep the fire burning.
FRONT & SIDE SHELF: The front and side shelves give you a convenient place to set your tools, sauces and basting bowl while you cook.

Great purchase
Heavy-duty construction, easy assembly, used it several times now and works great. The combination of gass, charcoal and offset is very nice all packed into one. Smoker is nice but definitely needs the seals and latches on the doors that Oklahoma Joes offer for separate purchase, maybe something they should give with purchase ð¤ . All in very happy with this purchase

quality grill
only had it a week but it’s a huge step up from my old grills. smoker works well. gas grill heats hot and fast. charcoal side is also great. only challenge is no resting place for meats.

Charcoal door not tight
Great combo. The only thing I don’t like is the charcoal door let’s alot of smoke and heat out. The door isn’t tight and closed.

Quality and versatility
I am impressed with this product. I have put together many grills over the past 35+ years, and this one by far was the easiest to assemble. The quality of the parts is much better too. The size of the cooking space is perfect for my family. Lastly, the versatility is ingenious with the ability of both a charcoal and gas grill as well as a smoker packed all into one.
