Quality Bike Tool at Bargain Price
I bought the bike kit (1/4″) to work on my wife’s new touring bike. Never had critical need before for a torque wrench, but the bike came with clear markings in Nm for every adjustment. I would hate to do something to mess up her first triathlon, like over-tighten or under-tighten the seat tube collar! This kit is real value for money. The torque wrench works exactly as promised, although the “click” was more of a “bump” on my model set at 5Nm. The lock collar works fine, but pulling it back while turning the handle to adjust the torque setting is a bit awkward at first. AND, you get a compact all-in-one portable folding tool to toss into your pack for travel. All-in-all: Great value-for-money, quality construction, easy to use. Highly recommended for amateur bike mechanics.

5-50 pound 3/8â version.Very inexpensive, high quality feel, easy to set/can actually see the scale numbers.So far only used to tighten spark plugs to 13 foot pounds âfeltâ about right.Not sure of torque calibration accuracy but I use these less expensive torque wrenches as a guide, set the correct poundage, if feels too tight before torque wrench clicks, stop,if it doesnât feel tight enough after wrench clicks, tighten a bit more.
