Quality Stainless Steel Screws
hese stainless steel deck screws are very high quality. The screws are very sharp, and the threads are well formed.Using a T25 Torx bit, I ran several into some treated pine material and they drove fantastic. Look forward to usingthem on a couple of projects I have coming up. Price of these screws is more than normal deck screws, but you aregetting a much better product that you will not have to worry about corrosion.Now for the downside. Screws were packed in a nice labeled box and put in one of the brown envelopes Amazon use for shipping. The issue was that the box was not taped or sealed in any way. One end of the box opened up and screws were everywhere in the bag. Luckily none pierced the side of the bag and stuck anyone. If the box is not going to be sealed, then it should be shipped in an Amazon box with packing paper to hopefully minimize any shipping damage. Even with that I did not feel, considering the overall quality of the product, that I should deduct a star. I will definately be purchasing this product again.

I like the star drive head
The screws were shipped in an envelope inside a box. When it arrived the screws were loose and a few poking throuh the bag and the box open…..not much of an inconvenience but notable.The screws themselves are good quality and drive easily with the star drive.Stainless steel can be quite brittle and I tested the screws on an oak stump and it drove and set without snapping.At around .13 each they are in normal price range for SS screws.

Excellent Screws for Decks, Fences, Bridges, and Outdoor Wood Products
We have two bridges over our creek, a large screen porch, and 3 small dogs that can navigate out of the smallest breach in our fence. So I have to do a lot of outdoor wood maintenance using lots of screws. These screws are excellent quality with no burbs and clean T25 heads. The bridges were built 15 years ago so virtually all of the originally screws have rusted or fallen out. These stainless steel T25 screws have a sharp tip and are easy to use for much needed repairs. They did arrive loose in the shipping carton with an empty box. But the box was study and nicely held all 150 screws when I put them back in the box. Stainless steel screws are expensive, but when I compared prices with the big box stores, these screws, though expensive, cost substantially less. This box of screws is just what was needed to keep our doggies and bridges safe.

Great for a pool deck!
The box came banged up and opened, but it looks like the bag captured all the crews and bit, all was there. Can’t complain about the product though. I used these on my pool deck. They are perfect for this as they will not rust, so no worries about them getting wet! They are sharp and with the torx head screws went in great with my hammer drill! I didn’t have any break, just don’t over-do it and they work perfectly. For stainless steel screws, these are a nice value!

These torx head deck screws are true stainless steel and well designed. Unfortunately the packaging was pretty beat up and all the contents were on the outer paper bag. The t25 torx bit was missing so likely fell out through the hole in the bottom. That said, no fault of the manufacturer! I tested these and zero magnetic attraction so great for durability. Pic shows them to be 3″ overall and about 1″ is for the shoulder, that is perfect to match 5/4 deck board thickness. They have a small ~7/16″ spiral fluted area above the threads to help drill a nice through hole for the top deck board. This will incrrase the easr of use. I always pilot pre-drill holes for deck boards but I don’t countersink drill and these screws pulled down flush into the top surface correctly. True stainless is typically have a softer RH number so I’m carefull not to push the limits w.r.t. torque. Regarding value for the money, they do cost more than typical coated deck screws BUT if the means no corrosion, than well worth the price. They functioned correctly as expected.

Excellent, but VERY expensive
EXCELLENT quality stainless steel deck screws!!! I live in Michigan, and our winters and all the salt they use on the roads really take a toll on anything that is outside. In fact, I removed the old wood horizontal wood on my deck, and the regular steel screws had corroded to the point where they broke in two with very little effort. These, on the other hand, are still going to look new when I’m old and gray! Their manufacturing quality is outstanding, and the torx bit cutouts fit perfectly with no slop. In addition to my deck, I tend to make a lot of outdoor stuff, and these stainless screws will be my go to on any project I might have, as there’s nothing better with a project than being able to install and forget. The downside is that these are quite expensive, but, you’ll never have to replace them. I’d much rather pay the premium at the beginning and know I’m done with the project than using plane steel and wondering when they’ll corrode to nothing. Only you can decide the value equation for your project, but for me, if I’m building it outside, I’m using stainless. Recommended

Theyâre Screws⦠and They Work
Thereâs not much to say here theyâre screws, and they do exactly what screws are supposed to do. They drive in cleanly, hold well, and didnât give me any trouble during use.Nothing surprising, nothing annoying. If you need stainless screws and these match your project, they work just fine.
