Did not adhere well
I used PL300 to apply foam board insulation to concrete block, then a second layer of foam to the first. It seemed to hold the best to the part that had a cured tar coating, but that was marginal. I tried pressing, removing, waiting then repressing and bracing as well as pressing and bracing. Some stuck, some never really adhered (the adhesive was not strong enough to hold a vertical panel) and some came loose a week later. Very disappointed. Would have been as well or better off using a sealant around the edges and letting the backfill and flashing hold it in place as that will be what is holding it and now I’m not sure it’s sealed.
