Customers say
Customers find the floor patch does a good job and is easy to apply, with one mentioning it works well for leveling grout lines. The product dries quickly, though some note it doesn’t harden properly, and while it’s tough, some find it too soft. Customers disagree on whether it’s self-leveling. The product receives mixed feedback about shrinkage, with some reporting very little shrinkage while others note it shrinks during curing.

Quick cure
Worked great for seams before laying vinyl down. I donât know why folks are saying it takes a long time to set up, but it was cured within 24hrs for me.

Easy to use and spread. Use a smaller trowel then a bigger one to smooth it out
I love this item . Iâve used it to level my living room and will be ordering more for the hallway as soon as I get the flooring.thats been glued to the sub floor up plus itâs 3/4 out of level in one corner . I will be using some wood to help level then the leveler over that to save some money

Satisfied
I could not find this product at a local store. So I found it on Amazon. I did not want to use mixing type leveler. It can be messy, plus you usually have to rent a high enough HP drill and probably buy a mixing attachment and mix is usually fast drying. That being said this product is good for a small area of wood sub-floor (or other sub-floor which is going to be covered). I used it for a 2’x4’x1/4″ dip in my master bedroom that has been there since the house was built. This is not self leveling and will have to be troweled on and check with a level. It is somewhat hard to work with but once you get use to the consistency of the material it is not a problem. Best to start in the middle of your work and feather out to the sides with a trowel. The product dries in 6-8 hours to the hardness off a light concrete. The instructions says 2-3hrs. But because my thickness was over 1/4″ it perhaps took longer. The product worked as advertised. I was satisfied.

Worked well for my project
I was redoing my kitchen floor when I found out there must have been a small island in the kitchen at one point. When I pulled up the old flooring there was an indentation in the subfloor where the old cabinetry must have set. The previous owners built up this area by laying a few peel and stick tiles down before placing the lament over top. I removed the tiles and used this product to build up the floor. It worked very well for my project. It was easy to lay down and level. It also dried very hard. Overall I am very pleased with how this product worked. It was exactly what I needed to level the inconsistency in my floor.

Great way to fill small gaps
We were remodeling a bathroom and had to tear out the concrete board with the tile and put in new plywood in order to install the luxury vinyl flooring. There was an area about 2″ wide between the tub and new plywood that needed filled in. It was about 1/4″ deep so we used this to fill in the gap. Spread easily, but took a long time to dry. We thought it would dry overnight, but it took almost 2 days to look like it had fully cured. Anyway, it set up, was solid and worked perfectly. Couldn’t have chosen anything better for what we needed to accomplish.

Damaged and unusable.
Product used before and is GOOD. Delivery delayed (seems to happen more frequently with prime). Interior box damaged. Product lid appears to have dislodged and product dried out. Replacement requested and now shows anticipated redelivery out some~45 days. Almost getting to the point of paying a few dollars more for a local purchase rather than risking delivery times on time sensitive orders. Frustrated.

Very solid floor patch/leveler.
I used this product to level out a 3/4″ thick plywood kitchen sub-floor that had quite a number of subtle undulations. It was a lot of work but when I was finished the job turned out well. When the Henry pre-mix floor patch dried it was hard as concrete, and it was not so easy to take out imperfections even with carbide sanding tools. Yes, this stuff is rock hard.
