Screw heads are smaller than OEM screws
These wall plate screws would be 5 stars if the heads where as large as the OEM screws that come with most electrical wall plates. They are well painted and the threads are the proper size, but the heads are noticeably smaller when used on a plate with an OEM screw present. In order to not look out of place I replaced all the screws on each switch plate instead of just replacing the chipped screw(s). If you care about the screw heads matching and don’t want to replace all the screws on the wall plates, I suggest you spend the extra money and order some Leviton replacement screws that will be an exact match.While these have adequate grip on wall plates, if you are going to use these as replacement screws for an object like a heavy light fixture remember that they are going to have slightly less contact area around the mounting hole in the fixture. If the object is heavy or subject to being bumped or pulled make sure the screw won’t pull through the mounting hole.
