Great value and customer service
This is a great value. My neighbor has an older Craftsman tool chest, which was 75% higher priced, and this is just as good quality, in my opinion. The 14 mm thin wrench tool used to tighten the 4 casters was missing in the packaging, but the company gave me a large enough refund to buy a thin 14 mm wrench at the local hardware store to get those casters tightened. This is outstanding service.

Excellent customer support
We had an issue moving the cabinet as one of the wheels collapsed immediately. I gave it 3 stars since it may have been a defect rather than a quality issue. Iâm not sure since I opted to not get another one. That being said, the seller quickly responded and followed through to resolution of the issue.

Great value!
Arrived well packaged, and still managed to get a dent in the bottom skirting. Other than that a good toolbox set. Everything was included. It took no time to sssemble. Castor wheels seem to be of higher quality than most others Iâve seen. All in all, a good product for the price. Iâm very pleased.

Weak Base
The bottom was weak. The casters bent under the weight. I feel that it would be known that tools are heavy. The base is not strong enough.

Bad Quality and small
The back caster wheels already collapsed and it is way smaller than I thought it would be. Bad quality. Don’t water your money.
