Loose batteries
I bought this four pack of ring batteries and they did not snap in my ring cameras tight so they kept going off line a couple of my cameras are up higher on the house so it was a issue of getting the ladder and constantly checking the battery so will not purchase them again I will make sure I get the battery I originally had even though it cost more. I was trying to save a few bucks but it was not worth it this time. The video itself was a good picture but the battery was to loose in the camera.

Batteries Donât Hold in Place without Adjustment
Ring device recognizes as a 2nd battery and shows as 100% after fully charging. Included charger is convenient to charge 2 batteries simultaneously. However, the batteries slip out of the Ring device. To overcome so they snap & hold in place, had to gently & carefully pull outward on the metal bracket to widen the gap a bit. After doing that, the batteries stayed secure. So be careful when first installing the battery so it doesnât come crashing down on the ground, possibly damaging the battery. Other than that, so far, performing well.

Even when fully charged, Ring Camera didnât read it as 100% charged.
After the battery was fully charged, I installed the batteries into my 2 Ring Cameras. The cameras read the first fully charged battery at 86% and the other camera read the 2nd fully charged battery at 93%. These battery level are results from the Ring Cameraâs Device Health via the Ring App. The batteryâs did fit well into my Ring Camera with a very slight click to know that it is in and secure. I try to update my post if I run into anything else.

Ability to charge two batteries
Ring cameras batteries have to be charged. This allows dual charging.
