Too Many Issues —> DO NOT BUY!
Installed this in my 2016 F350, and too many issues out the gate. Reached out to support just trying to get the Wireless CarPlay to work, ended up figuring out on my own with no help. At best it would take 10-15 minutes everytime the vehicle was turned on to connect and work, most of the time on the road and already driving (which was a pain with the small options/text). The unit would randomly lose the wireless connection while driving, backup camera would constantly be stuck on (with just a black screen and muted volume). Would have to stop and shift the vehicle into reverse a few times to correct. Volume was okay, but touchy, sound was okay as well. After 3 months pixels in the middle of the screen started going white, then spreading, so looks like there is a giant white “Y” in the middle of the screen. Touch sensitivity started to go after that. Threw it in the trash and reinstalled the broken stock unit until I can order a replacement. Also, the way it mounts is at a weird angle, so the top of the unit is about half an inch recessed so it is angled up with a weird gap at the top. Do not recommend this unit at all. Steering wheel controls are janky at best, ended up setting up as a 2008 Expedition to get half of them to work at all.

“I’ll begin with the camera. It often gets stuck, and if my husband had read the reviews beforehand, I’m certain he wouldnât have bought it.
