No, it’s designed to operate on 2.4GHz Wi-Fi only. We recommend having both 2.4GHz and 5GHz networks set up with unique names for a reliable connection.

How long before the doorbell camera’s battery runs out?

The battery of the doorbell camera can last about 4-6 months per charge, but this is subject to how often the camera is recording. Increased usage and frequent Live View will shorten the battery life, leading to more regular recharging.

Do you need a subscription to watch in real time? Can this camera use an SD card without paying for cloud storage?

This camera supports real-time viewing but does not support recording to an SD card. An image snapshot is available without a subscription. But the videos will only be stored if you have a Cloud subscription service.

How many users can view the device at the same time?

The owner account can share the device with up to 9 other accounts. Up to 2 users may view the video feed at once.
