Fabulous. Easy to install. Bombproof.
Okay, there is a very short, very rude person in my house who wanders into wherever they want with no regard for anyone’s privacy. (Yes the person is two.)So we installed these on the bedroom doors in our home and it has completely solved the rude person problem.They’re not like the hotel room ones that usually allow you to open the door a couple inches. The door does NOT open when this lock is properly installed and deployed.I’m even thinking about putting some on the door leading down to the basement so that no person and no THING in the basement can open the door into the hallway and come eat us all in our sleep.Conveniently, this comes in a four pack, so I don’t even need to purchase a new one for that!If you have two bedrooms and a front door and a back door you could have them on all of those, which would be great!Of course they’re “privacy” locks, but they would do fantastic backing up your regular door locks. Only operable from the inside, of course.I suggest installing them at a different height than your light switches, by the way. A little higher or a little lower. And not at “handle” height, of course.These only work from the “swings in” side of a door, by the way. You COULD install one on the other side, but people would think you’re strange.Great purchase. Solid. No ragrets.

These are awesome door locks, they feel very secure. We initially bought these as child safety locks because our kid figured out how to work regular child safety locks and started going out the front door. Very easy to install, and stylish. very functional and secure.

does keep the door locked & it’s easy to use along with easy to instal! we’ve tested it out with trying to open the door with this lock and it withstands the weight without budging!
