Iâm so glad I bought this 200W foldable solar panel! I mainly use it for camping and road trips â it folds up really small and light, fits right into my backpack. Last weekend I spent two days in the mountains with no power source, and this kept my phone, tablet, and power bank all charged up. The two USB-A ports work at the same time without any issues, and charging speed is surprisingly good.The ETFE material feels solid and durable, plus itâs waterproof and dustproof â it even handled light rain with no problem. Super easy to set up and pack away. I was worried about cloudy days, but it still generated power steadily, which was a nice surprise.Overall, whether for camping, fishing, or as a backup for power outages, this panel is reliable and worth every penny. Already recommended it to a few friends!

This compact 20W solar panel works great! As a real-world test in preparation for my summer hike, I used it under full sun. Impressively, it fully charged my Anker 10,000mAh power bank and brought my phone from 50% to 100% battery in just one hour. I plan to attach it to my backpack during the hike. So far, based on this initial testing, it definitely earns 5 stars. I’ll update this review after more field use!

Power output not good
Not the best quality panel super flimsyCould only get 175 Watts out of 400 watts panelsIndirect sun. In TexasTried moving them around aiming them even cooling them off and thatâs best I could getI understand that youâre only gonna get 75 to 80% out of any panel and I wouldâve been OK with that but not 50% of the output is unacceptable for their size and weight

For the Price, not bad (Does it’s Job) – Peak of Sunshine in Summer Texas, got 240 Watts
Using Oupes Mega 3 and Oupes 2400 Units.1. Sunny Day in Texas2. High Noon with Sun directly over head3. Panels Laying Flat on Driveway4. Got 240 Watts about of the 300watt Rated Panel – 80% of the 300Watts***I need to play it with some more to see if I can get higher watts5. Keep moving the Panel to pointed at the sun-This kept the avg Watts at 200watts for an 8hr period (with bright sun and clouds though out the day)Important Note – DO NOT lay panel Flat on the Grass, the heat from the Panel Burnt/Scorched my grass***But, I am sure I got MORE Watts (290watts) out of the panels while on the grass…because the Grass kept the Panels COOLER…so I do not count that a true test???Can use this to power up the Oupes Mega 3 (and Extra Batteries, they ALSO have solar input) and Oupes 2400 Units.-The cool thing about the Oupes 2400…it has TWO Solar Input Connections.So, I can use two Different kinds of Panes, one in each Connection.Connection 1 = 300W 18V Portable Foldable Solar Panel MonocrystallineConnection 2 = Oupes 240watt PanelTotal Watts = 445 Watts from BOTH Solar ConnectionsWould use this 300 Watt Panel to Charge batteries that run an Entire house.-Use to charge up 2nd set of batteries that can be charged all day long (200Watt x 8 hrs = 1680 Watts…if it is a Perfect of Sun and you keep moving your Panels to match the sun)

Stated spec’s are in fact what you get….Amazing!
Better than expected, and advertised! I had a bad experience with another panel I purchased that failed to output even 50% of the stated wattage, but this panel surprised me, I get 50vdc @ 6.2 amps, that’s 310 watts at the panel. Running this thru a Renogy Rover 20Amp controller I get 14.2 VDC (for lithium) @ 18 amps, this is great. I have this combo as a backup for my RV roof mounted system for when I am parked in a shady area, with a 50′ 12ga cable connected via a XT60 plug. This allows me to move the panel as I wish to keep it in the sun, I have a spare 50′ cable I can add for 100′ if needed. At 20A my 400amp battery bank will charge to full from 50-60% by mid afternoon.

Nope! poor performance and canât return
First trip barely worked. This solar panel is poorly designed. Itâs a 20 W and I used it next to my goal 0 10 W which worked amazingly well and this thing didnât even give me five percentage points on a battery that it charged all day in the direct Arkansas sunlight. And of course, customer service wonât even allow a return because the day I went to return it was the day after the last day it was allowed for return so definitely donât get this brand. They have not made it possible to respect the product.

I’ve been using the Voominhtec 20W Portable Foldable ETFE Solar Panel Charger on my recent hikes and camping trips, and it’s been a great addition to my gear! The charger is lightweight and easy to pack, which is a huge plus when you’re on the move. Its waterproof feature held up well even when I got caught in a drizzle. The two USB-A ports allow me to charge my phone and power bank simultaneously, although it’s not as fast as a wall outlet (which is expected). Good for our camper van.
We do van builds and these have been a good addition. We’ve had these for a while now and they’ve worked fine. We don’t use them often, but they work well.
