Customers say
Customers find these concrete screws work well and hold very securely, with one mentioning they held a 66lb loudspeaker in place. They are easy to install and receive positive feedback for their quality, with one customer noting they can take significant weight. While customers find them great for brick and cement applications, there are mixed opinions about their strength, and several customers report they are not sized as advertised.

Great Quality/Value Concrete Anchors
Bought these to use for anchoring a steel post to my concrete patio for a sliding awning. Quality wise, the bolts were fantastic in my opinion. The only issue I had was the post did not have 3/8 holes, instead they were about 1/4 which I had already anticipated. These were intended as an upgrade over the anchors the awning included as I did not trust them to hold long term. I opened the holes on the post to 1/2 to account for the threads which would catch the steel if the hole was 3/8. Used sds to pre drill 4 holes in the concrete at 3/8″w to 5″d, cleaned out the holes of dust, and used my cordless impact to drive the anchors into the concrete. One note – included nut driver didn’t appear impact ready as it snapped at the base on the first bolt so I just used a deep well socket and had zero issues. All 4 drove in nice and smooth, made sure not to continue trying to drive it once they pulled flush with the steel. Post is very stable, anchors are definitely doing their job well. No complaints aside from the nut driver included breaking, but not a big deal, most important thing is the anchors functioning as intended. Would definitely recommend, good value for the product. Will be using these next time I need to anchor something into concrete.

worked great
3/8″ x 5″ I made certain to run my bit in and out several times to ensure hole diameter, then air to blow out. 18v battery impact gun had no problem installing to hold down 1-1/2″ bottom plate of walls on slab concrete. Used 20 with no failures. These are described as 13 grade with similar pullout to redheads of the same size, however, redheads (Tapcon) are rated 9 grade. 9 grade will have less torque strength but better shear. If weight is at max load for your fasteners and shear is your concern (such as wall mounted) you may want to consider the lesser grade. Otherwise upgrade to next size. I am purchasing another 60 today. Absolutely works for my install.

Great screws
Secure screws that hold well. I used them to secure my garden hose winder wall attachment.
Just Richard –
Just drill and drive. Very strong hold.
Easy to use compared to other concrete anchors Iâve used. Just drill and use the bit supplied to drive the anchor. Nobody should ever drive an anchor into concrete that has a Phillips head- we shouldnât put ourselves through that pain.

Would not recommend
These would not drive into concrete (even though they should). Iâve used lots of concrete screws and bolts and never had this problem. I had them too long before trying to use them so I couldn’t return them. I would not recommend buying them given the issues I ran into. Thanks.

Frustrating, get metric drill bit
These are metric bolts and you need a metric drill bit. I didnât have one so i had to grind one down until it made the right size hole so they didn’t strip or break. They really need to publish what size bit to buy with this. The others having trouble i feel there pain. The first few were a nightmare. I contemplated asking to return them minus the few I broke.
