They fold and are portable.As with all rubber, it will degrade and lead to potential breakage, so when it starts to feel rough (like rubber bands), it’s best to discard.

Excellent bands. Even the lightest-weight band is strong and doesnât seem prone to break, despite heavy use for a month. Thereâs no weird smell. I love the pink colors, the latex-free band, and the price. I love them so much, I plan to buy a second set, cut off the extra, and make a knot so I can make a 12â loop and use them for lower-body training.

I opened the package in my room and immediately tried it out. My pants were covered with a white poweder substance… Not sure how much of the substance still remains in my room :(I have since sent them for washing. Do note when you receive the package.
