Good low cost workouts
These are identical to the ones the hospital was supplying during cardiac rehab.They are plain bands with no ends in various stiffnesses. Simple but effective.They are long enough to do most any stretch, such as stretching around your foot and holding the ends in each hand, chest high.The price was fair and they came quickly.I recommend them to anyone looking to do some simple workouts.

The quality is there. Love the different colors, for identification of resistance.The straps.The are of nice width and long which is good.The carry bag is a great addition for sure.The bands.In my personal opinion i would appreciate if the bands were wider (like the straps). Especially for someone who may not be as muscular they tend to âroll upâ like a thin rubber band and âcutâ into my thigh. In my opinion them being wider would be offering more stability
