Cord Works Just Not Necessarily for Models Advertised
Is this order as described? Well, letâs see (in my opinion)â¦Â ~~~My FindingsPackaging:Charger arrived in small box packaging (not referring to the shipping box). It also includes an adapter piece for a larger charging port hole.Quality/Durability:Despite ordering this charger due to its stated recommended use for my specific laptop model, it did NOT work. At first, I thought there may have been a short in the cord because the connectivity was glitchy (it kept bouncing back and forth between recognizing/accepting the charger and not recognizing/accepting the charger. As well as, any slight movement of the cord produced the same effect. HOWEVER, whenever my child uses this in their totally different laptop, there is absolutely no issues with the cordâ it charges effectively and efficiently. I do not know how long this will last, as we have not even had it two weeks as of yet. *Other:Thus far, my child has had no problems with this cord overheating or sparking with their laptop.~~~Concluding ThoughtsThis cord is hit or missâ it may or may not work for your laptop (even if type listed). However, it does work if you can figure out if it pairs correctly with your laptop. While it doesnât work for me, I will be keeping it because it works just fine for my child (who also needed a replacement cord). So Iâm not too disappointed; I just wish the specs were correct.
