Easy to transport and has the right stuff inside for the smaller remote jobs.
I was looking for a set of 1/4 drive sockets and Ratchet for easy transport to use on smaller jobs like changing a jeep window regulator. I needed a 10mm and I had to pull out the large toolbox to get the needed tools. I didn’t want to carry the 50lbs of tools out to the Jeep. Luckly, I guessed the right size the first trip. This kit comes in a very sturdy case that holds the sockets and other items securely in place. The case is only about 12 inches wide and has a molded in handle so very easy to transport to remote Jeeps. The kit has some weight to it probably about 6lbs which to me indicates quality inside. The 3 and 6 inch extensions make it very easy to reach recessed nuts and bolts, plus very impressing if you need another 6 inches of extension the spinner handle has a 1/4 female socket in the end of the handle. You can actual reach out 15 inches with all 3 in line, more if you use the deep well socket. The included 1/4 square to 1/4 hex adapter is also a thoughtful addition, the case has some extra room where I will be placing a few PH2, Torx and Hex bits. I think these sockets will be fine on a battery powered 1/4 drive impact gun. 14mm shouldn’t be so tight that you need to attach these sockets to a 600 ft lb. Impact hammer. Impact in the ad might be a bit misleading but for a 300 ft inch impact driver these will hold up. I looked at many sets of these before I choose this one and that was mainly because of the price and tools in the kit. Having a shallow and deep well socket in pretty much every useful size up to 14mm and 9/16 in both SAE and Metric is going to be very handy. This is the best value of all the kits I considered. I am glad that this kit is in my shed.

Nice set but no warranty?
This socket set is very nice and at a good price point. I bought it to have something I could take to the salvage yard or to just throw in my car. If it were stolen, it wasnât going to be a big deal. With that said, I ended up returning it because if I broke something, I would like to have a warranty on it. I looked but couldnât find a warranty on this set. I decided to go with a different brand that has a warranty. Just as a side note, I also bought the 1/4â set and kept it. It was a complete no skip set and so cheap that I couldnât pass it up. Another noteâ¦..these Chinese ratchets are all the same. They come bone dry and need to be lubed before using. After that, they seem just fine.

You cannot beat it
Everything I need 1/4″ in a handy little box. Shallow and deep sae and metric. I just bought a second one. $20? That’s the price of a burger and coffee and I’ll have this box of sockets forever. Seriously, very handy. Sockets snap in the box too, which can be annoying at times but that’s offset by the fact, they don’t fall out or get mixed up. The box is always neat and orderly. Heck I may by a 3rd. Just for the house. Excellent set.

Great set of sockets
This is a pretty nice lil set. Complete to a fault. The set has great markings and work as should like a charm. The tools stay in the case as designed amazingly, but the tabs to shut blow molded case don’t look to be all that strong, seems weird since the case fits the items so well. The ratchet is a little sloppy but works great anyway. Has great movement and surprisingly the back drag isn’t too bad. I just wish the side to side slop was a little less with this kit as it would be worth a lot more since it’s such a complete kit and the fit and finish is so good for a cheap Chinese set that barely seems it could be this good being so cheap.This kit is a win for anyone that buys it, you are getting all the pieces for little cash and the quality is excellent minus the ratchet. I purchased a set of Niko’s to replace the included pieces and absolutely love the combo.Don’t hesitate to pick these up.

Durable and reliable
I only had the chance to use this about 5-6 times but I gotta be honest the quality is great. I dropped the sockets and the ratchet a few times (Iâm clumsy) and you can barely tell. They clean easy and lock back into the case securely so you donât loose any sockets

Nice quality sockets
For the price I don’t think these things can be beat.After all how much torque are you really going to put on a quarter inch drive? The Chrome finish nice. The sockets are radius on the inside to grab the bolt better just like the expensive sockets. If there was one complaint the 1/4 inch ratchet has a little too much play in it for my liking. Just a little too much slop. But I’m sure it’ll be just fine for quite a while.. I would have liked to buy a tekton set but that’s almost $100. And I believe these will do the job just fine.
