Best value and solid quality!
Got this to do more wood projects (ex: catio, makeshift pergola, etc.). These are 3/4 inch in length, and are made of high-quality stainless steel. These are much better than the inexpensive zinc screws by being resistant to rust, which allows me to tackle wood projects for outdoor use. It even comes with a case and a magnetic drill tool attachment. At 5 cents apiece for a pack of 200, this is a solid 3/4-inch wood screw set for under $10. Worth.

These truss screws are easy to drive and the head provides great support to prevent tear through in thinner material. Stainless steel so rust is no concern. I have purchased them in 3/4 inch to 2 inch for different jobs. Great! The photo shows six 2 inch screws I spray red for attaching diy shutters to she shed.

Worked for what I needed. But the Phillips head was shallow, and they weren’t stainless steel which the description led me to believe.

I needed something with a broad head that wouldn’t pull through thin material.These were just right!

Not great, but usable in certain conditions.
These screws work, but strip the head out too easily. Pre drilling is almost a absolute requirement. A deeper #3 Phillips head would be a better choice. The provided bit has to be cut in half to fit into a bit driver, which also makes installation easier. When used in a drill chuck, you have to push really hard to prevent slippage and stripping. Easier if pressing straight down or directly horizontal; if you are using them in an awkward position, forget it l. The screws themselves are well made and sharp. As is, a three star purchase at best.

Great screws for installing vinyl shutters!
These screws are great for installing vinyl shutters on your home. My shutters were originally installed using the rubber connectors which were continually breaking. After having our house painted, we painted the existing shutters and installed them using these screws. I do not expect them to fail like the rubber fasteners. Make sure you don’t over torque the screws when installing.
