Won’t open up to accept the larger size taps (1/2″)

Does its job
Solid metal, strong. The hardened steel jaws aren’t super secure, they like to wobble around a bit. But that doesn’t really detract from its function. Works like a champ. Was able to make it hold most M3 and 4-40 taps, and it can accommodate M12 and 1/2″ taps no problem. Very happy with the money spent.
