For me, a godsend!
Finally old enough to have sleep issues Iâve tried the full laundry list of aides. Melatonin, Sleepeeze, hemp gummies etc etc. Advil PM and Alieve PM were the only ones that worked for me. In fact, my biggest problem now is stopping myself from taking these every night. Being based on nsaids the pain killing portion works amazingly well with the mild sedative. A godsend for people with occasional need of sleep aides. Alas, regular nsaid use isnât the best thing for your overall health.

I used to have a very difficult time falling asleep….every night. I after I began taking ONE Advil P.M. pill before bed time, and, every single time, I fall asleep within 5 MINUTES!! There must be something in these pills that knocks me out like a shot of sodium pennethal!! (sp) I can’t say it’d work like this for everyone, but for me, after using these for months now, they are the best thing since sliced bread! My heartfelt THANKS to the makers of this medicine! Feels so good to finally get a decent nights sleep…..ALL night long without waking up.
