Great for detangling course Hair.
This product works as it says for a pre-shampoo. I use an ample amount in my hair to detangle from my roots before shampooing and it works. Product is very light almost like water, it quickly detangles when used even when using your fingers to detangle very coarse hair. Does not break your hair, it is lightweight, smell good, and a good buy. Great to detangles childrenâ hair who have sensitive scalp.

Best prepoo ever
This was my first purchase and now i understand the hype about this product. First it smells great. Then its prepooing benefit is maximum. Conditions, detangles and lessens hair breakage. It is just one of those products that make it to the holy grail. No switching up. Dont sleep on this if you normally do crotchet, have hair that knots easily, like to stay with braids for long. It melts out the tangles like butter. There’s no doing hair especially 4c hair without prepooing after discovering this product.

This product has been a life saver and a staple in my wash routine now. It melts all the knots and tangles in my hair. Itâs very slippery and cuts my detangling time in half.

Staple for wash day!
My daughter and I use this to detangle our hair especially after protective styles such as braids. It helps with finger combing and is very moisturizing. My daughter loves the curl it gives so if we have to wait to wash her hair itâs not a big deal. This product makes washing go much more smoothly. I have bought this at least 4 other times and I plan to get more this weekend.

I love African Pride products. They work extremely well in my hair. My hair tends to be dry and the moisturizers keep my hair hydrated and with a nice sheen. Curls last and my hair is soft.This is my first time trying the pre shampoo. I had never seen it before. But the fact that itâs âdetangling and conditioning/helps minimize breakage for natural curls and coils immediately grabbed my attention.It smells WONDERFUL!!!! That is a huge plus for me. I took a small section of hair to do a strand test. AMAZING!!! My curls are so pretty. Has a nice look and feel. My curls hang instead of shrinking. What I REALLY love is that my hair does not have that tacky feeling after applying. Very soft!!! This is definitely going to be on my list to continue purchasing and I will be telling my daughter and sister that have curls as well.My only reason for not giving this 5 stars is because the jar was slightly opened when I took it out of the box. To secure the product in shipping, there definitely needs to be something to keep it from spillage. Perhaps a sticker across the top or wrap in plastic and bubble wrap. Other than this I am a satisfied customer.

Works as Advertised
This product does what it says. I have a mixture of 3C, 4A and 4B. After applying this, my hair is so easy to detangle. My detangling brush goes right through and it makes wash day so much easier and quicker. Also, you don’t need a lot of product so this lasts a long time. However, I would recommend using a clarifying shampoo after using this. Would definitely recommend.

Provides great slip and makes it way easier to finger detangle and detangle with a brush. Compared to a regular conditioner this has 3-5x more slip easily.

GET IF YOU HAVE 4c Hair
As a girly with 4c medium long hair i loveeee this, it makes my hair really soft, if it dries a little it tends to feel like sticky or just a weird texture but besides that I love this. It makes detangling so much easier and faster!!

My daughter has coily hair. I saw this product on YouTube while researching best products for my daughters hair type.
