I bought this speed and agility set for two reasons:1. To help my 8-year-old son turn singles into doubles without tripping over his shoelaces.2. To give my 10-year-old daughter another way to show off her soccer moves and her attitude.Mission: Accomplished.⸻ðââï¸ Functionality:This thing has everything:⢠Cones for zigzagging like theyâre dodging bedtime.⢠Mini hurdles that somehow didnât cause injuries, tears, or lawsuits (big win).⢠A ladder that lays flat and almost never gets turned into a limbo challenge.⢠And the parachute? This is super cool ! I love the set the only reason why I added 4stars instead of 5 was because of the ladder it is a little flimsy and hard to keep the orange lines to stay it just gets fully messed up !! The hurdles are great they adjust and can be used for both children and adults ! The parachute is a fun ad on that helps with getting faster and I like that it has a carrying case so I can take my training anywhere

My use case is a little different here. I am not involved in soccer. I am a personal trainer whose clients tend to be focused on strength training. I got this kit to help a nonathletic person develop agility and stamina. I find ladder drills to be very effective. As he improves we have started to use the ladder , cones and hurdles together to make it more challenging. Eventually he will be using the parachute to add more resistance as his stamina grows. This kit has turned out to be quite effective and leaves plenty of room to get creative when designing workouts. He also seems to enjoy the drills. My client is happy and so am I

This is great agility training equipment! It is all well made and will last. It comes with cones, a jump rope, agility ladder, 4 hurdles, and a running parachute. It all comes in a great bag to keep everything together and organized.I’m not sure if we’re supposed to do this with the hurdles, but you are able to move the legs of the hurdles either way meaning you could have a lower one or turn them the other way and make them higher. The jump rope handles are a pretty thick and I’m not sure I like that for skipping. They are very soft and comfortable to hold on to, I just wish they were thinner. I didn’t get this set for the jump rope though so it doesn’t bother me that much. They included a manual with training ideas for using the agility ladder and cones, which I think is very helpful if you’re not sure where to start. Overall, this is a great set to help get you into shape!

My kids love sports and challenges. I wanted a simple and customizable obstacle course for them to play in the yard. This set is now part of it and they love it! They can place the obstacles themselves easily. They are also bright enough to find easyly so I don’t accidentaly pass the lawnmower over them. They are sturdy and provide lots of options for kids with a bit of imagination and a need to spend some energy!
