Quality is holding up at my house
Better quality than one I had been using of a different brand that was supposed to be non stick. I use the wax baking paper to line the basket. Makes for super easy clean up and probably extend the life.

Just what I needed for convection toaster oven
I wrapped the tray in foil and placed the parchment square on top, brushed the basket with a basting brush coated in shortening. I tried the Panko Crusted Pork Chop recipe. We have a Black+Decker Convection toaster oven and the smaller basket/tray fits perfectly. The chops came out perfect and family raved about them. I can use the larger basket/tray for french fries in our regular oven or for other things.Clean up was easy, I have a bristled dish brush that cleaned the basket easily. Pulled the parchment paper off the tray and the foil underneath can actually be reused.To me the most important thing about the baskets is they are RAISED UP. My old one I had to put a small metal rack underneath the basket so it would have air circulating all the way around. Why aren’t ALL fryer baskets made like these? P.S. I’m sticking to my countertop convection oven because I have tried three (3) Air fryers, different name brands and each one was defective and had to be returned. That’s it besides convection ovens use the same principle and are more versatile like making toast and broiling.

Good size, good quality, works well. Bonus plastic-tipped tongs will come in useful. Not sure about included plastic drip sheets – I prefer to use more environmentally-friendly Aluminium foil.
