Amazon Customer –
Excellent laptop
Great laptop runs Assassin’s creed shadows with no problem. FYI the alien head doesn’t glow on this model.

A great upgrade over older Alienwares
Works as expected, looks slick, and runs cool, going from a X15R2 to this is a night and day difference, the 5080 is leagues ahead of the 3070ti and having the ability to change ram and the option to have 3 ssds is so nice. The cpu in this is blazing fast as well, it’s a little overpriced at 3k plus but I won’t have buyers remose over this purchase.

Love this laptop! The 5080 is a beast at gaming. The 18in screen helps with use on the go or when you aren’t at a desk all the time. Recently took this on vacation and being able to play co-op games in the hotel was a blast. The cpu can get hot at times, but compared to prior models, it handles the heat amazingly well and was normally under 80ish degrees.

Dead after 17 days of fairly light gaming!!!!
I thought that I might be here writing this review given my past experience with Dell computers, I received this laptop 9/4/2025, today is 9/17/2025 and it has died. I only played 2 games on it Crusader Kings 3 typically on my lap while watching sports, and iRacing primarily which it performed average for at best. Today when I went to turn the laptop on it sent me directly to a diagnose screen during boot up where it gave me options to try to diagnose the issue or power off the computer, where I chose to power it off. I ended up having to this twice. I finally made it to my desktop screen where I found it had an optional firmware update that I figured could be the issue so i let it update and now the computer is bricked. Will not respond to any key inputs, I cannot even hard power down. I sent a ticket into Dell Support to have a mail in repair started, but as stated in my first sentence, this is Dell folks, poor quality computers these days, between the drivers and the firmware they are nothing but problems. I am very disappointed in the value of this computer.

It’s bigger than it looks online
It’s a massive laptop and it weighs a ton, over quality of the laptop is great! The specs are great! Just a bit slow booting and the Alienware softwares are all sluggish. Screen quality is okay nothing impressive but the heat he dissipation is amazing.

Honestly it not bad.
Getting this laptop was a good idea, not only does it run smoothly. However, it can handle the type of games that I play. The only thing to be aware of is that it can get hot, so I do recommend getting something to elevate it from not overheating, like a laptop stand. Overall, it works well, and it has a nice weight. The screen has a good size and offers good quality if you watch videos or play a game with high resolution. I do recommend it to others.

Iâve never had a really good computer, let alone a good laptop. This is a dream come true. Fast and great graphics. Very well built so itâs a bit heavy but considering what itâs capable of, not even a problem. Alienware all the way! Great job!

Amazing product but the screen light leak is noticiable. Alienware support said the screen is working as expected…. if they say so. Very dissapointed with the support staff on this one.

It was a used Laptop. (Amazon is the seller). This is not the first time this has happened. The Alienware was too loud and too heavy. It arrived September 1, 2025. I installed Windows 11.I attempted to register the Alienware laptop with Dell. The laptop was already registered online with Dell on July 2, 2025.Dell denied me ownership and the warranty; a one-year warranty is listed in the laptop’s online description.I returned the laptop on September 2nd because the system had no warranty. A full refund issued Sep 11 2025.
