Instructions:
1. Fix the carabiner with the pulley in a fixed position.
2. Loosen the four feet of the dehumidifier, Set the lock, Tighten the four feet to hang your AlorAir dehumidifier.
3. Pull the rope without the carabiner to adjust the AlorAir dehumidifier upward.
4. If you need to adjust downward, push the position of the embedded in the pulley, then pull the rope with the carabiner.
CAUTION!
* MAKE SURE THE UNIT IS LEVEL AFTER INSTALLATION.
* MOVING THE STRAPS TOO QUICKLY CAN CAUSE THE UNIT TO ROCK AND TIP.

This pack comes with 4 Ratchet Straps. Use the easy pulley mechanism and adjust the rope as per your desired height. Suspend the dehumidifier in a crawl space, basement or attic setting.
It helps to reduce noise and vibration while the dehumidifier is operating when properly installed. No transfer of noise or vibration to the floor above and getting lower space back is comfortable. Also, it provides additional height for proper condensate drainage/removal.
Easy to install, Adjustable straps allow the user to easily lower or remove the dehumidifier for cleaning or service when needed.

Alorair Hanging Kit Install
The hanging kit is easy to install and works well with the Alorair dehumidifier. While pricey for the parts etc., the kit does work well. I’d advise having two people available to install the dehumidifier with the hanging kit.

Wrong drill bit in directions
Well made. Should work just fine.But directions (in box and online) specify too big of a drill bit for the eye bolts included.

Bought this hanging kit for the dehumidifier I purchased to go under my house and it is well worth the money, it is easy to install on the unit and hanging was very easy, all hardware is included.The width between the hangar eye bolts is 16″ so it matches floor joist and a quick measurement from front to back to position the eye bolts that screw into the floor joist was all the brain work required.Once I got the unit in position I simply lifted and pulled the rope ratchet, it takes going to all four corners one at the time if you do this solo, but no big deal and a breeze to level, literally a 30 minute job start to finish.I have sloping dirt under my house and this hanging kit prevented me having to try and build up something level to place the dehumidifier on, I would strongly recommend this to anyone installing an AlorAir dehumidifier in a crawl space.

Perfect fit for Alorair dehumidifier
This perfectly fits the Alorair dehumidifer. With the pulleys and cords it was easy to attach the dehumidifier to the ceiling of our utility room in a way that exhausts the dry air throughout the rest of basement. It has lowered the humidity level in the basement from around 60% to 50% (it can dry to lower levels but 50 is good). The unit is no louder than the previous portable dehumidifier and, because it is intended for a much larger area than the old unit, it does not run as often each day.

Installation was easy
The ratchets worked very well. I eyeballed level and then checked with a level. A couple clicks and I was all set. The ropes and eyelets are strong enough for the job. The bars could be a little stronger but are more than adequate. The only improvement I could recommend would be to have a method to attach the bars to the dehumidifier. The rubber pads on the bottom of the dehumidifier keep them in place but attaching would be better.

Good product.
I used this product to hand a dehumidifier in my crawl space. First of all, itâs a little overpriced for what you get. And my kit was missing instructions. Besides that, the kit is custom-made for the type of dehumidifier I needed to install (HD55), so it made the task much easier. This kit allows you to elevate the dehumidifier, which gets it out of the way and also allows for proper drainage.

I wanted to get my Sentinel HD55 dehumidifier off the concrete blocks in my crawlspace to free up space. The instructions were clear and the installation was quite painless. The hooks and ratchets are solid. Would recommend.
