Just be aware youâre paying a premium for dual-band Wi-Fi 7 performance and app-only managementâif you need true tri-band or 6 GHz support, consider other outdoor APs. But for seamless integration and rock-solid outdoor connectivity, itâs tough to beat. I use it to connect my WiFi security cameras and I am able to have a solid connection with this system. I installed this in my yard approximately in the center of a one and a quarter acre parcel. it is installed about 6 feet up on the wall of a garden shed. I did have to run a cable from my indoor POE router underground to the shed but if youâre attaching this to the wall your house, it will be much easier. I chose the shed Sully to get the best coverage. it is very simple to set up and I get very good coverage through the majority of my yard. Not perfect everywhere but very good. It delivers the same speed as my indoor eero system, which is blazing fast. Since Iâm already using the Aero system, it was a no-brainer for me, but it is quite expensive. However, I have confidence after using eero for many years now that it would function well and I wouldnât have to do two installs by buying an inferior product.

Extended my WiFi coverage to cover my entire backyard. No more dead spots. If you have an eero mesh this is a very good option it not inexpensive but I think it is worth the price

I ran a long CAT6 out to a pavilion. You need to power the cord, but easily done with an injector. Came online immediately.

Ease of setup and use
Very quick and easy to setup and integrate with existing Eero system. Really made a difference in extending my coverage. I was able to achieve my goal to increase signal strength to my various exterior cameras along the back of my house. Very happy with purchase.

Seriously Impressive Coverage and Speed!
Iâve got four Eero 7 Outdoor units spread across five acres, connected to Starlink, and I couldnât be happier with how well they work. Iâm consistently getting 150 Mbps+ over Wi-Fi, even at the far edges of the property. Honestly, I didnât expect it to be this reliable or fast.Setup was a breezeâjust follow the steps in the app, and youâre good to go. Once they were up and running, I was blown away by how much range these things have. No dead zones, no signal drops⦠just smooth, fast internet everywhere, even out by the barn and around the garden.Theyâre built tough tooârain, heat, and cold havenât been an issue at all. The weatherproof design holds up perfectly, and theyâre small and discreet enough that they blend right in outdoors.If youâve got a large property and need solid outdoor Wi-Fi, these are a game-changer. i love this eero 7 network! i have an acre property with a guest house far away from the main house. my prior mesh system was a bit spotty, so i got the eero 7 with 2 outdoor units. i now have full coverage everywhere on the property. my internet, cameras, computers, sprinklers, pool equipment, lights, fountains, and all other devices and automation are super fast and running so smooth! Donât hesitate! itâs easy to install too!

Poor description. Undesirable return policy
EERO made it very difficult to purchase the correct product. Notice EERO does not show a bottom picture where everything gets plugged.If powered by AC (the mire expensive) the AC make connection covers the Cat6 female port, leaving you with WIFI only (Cat6 port will no long be available. Using AC power will reduce speed by up to 1/2 bc the Cat6 port will be blocked) The PoE choice produces both power and allows for product’s full WIFI potential e.g. multiple distance WIFI security cameras. One Star given bc the surprise return policy states it could take up to 30 days to return your money to your original source. Therefore I had to put 4 EERO’s on my credit card instead of 2. This very delayed return policy plus poor purchasing descriptions within created this mess. zero stars was not an available option. They forget that electricians or network professionals could be involved, both true in my case. Neither buy these products and resell them, the customer buys them. Over all Very disappointing.
