Nice lights but company should provide local customer support
Nice colors and patterns already built in, also allows for customized colors and designs. They are a bit pricey, but are nice addition to the house. Not only for Xmas lights but for all holidays and occasions.The only draw back is not being able to speak with a live person and have any issues resolved immediately.I had a problem with the lights going off line and the only recourse I had for customer service was to email the company for help.I was able to resolve the issue by deleting the app off the phone and downloading it again, but this took several messages back and forth of the course of 1 and a 1/2 weeks.They should have a local support team for the U.S., in the event issues arise.

Got the 108 set and WOW!!! Cool white, warm white and everything in between so it can match my other outdoor lights perfectly. Of course RGB is life so being able to completely customize for the holidays is amazing. I think my neighbors are jealousâ¦or angryâ¦either way! I can tell Alexa to set house lights to cops and flash red and blues!

Waste of money
INSANELY DISAPPOINTING. We have had multiple issues since DRILLING holes to install lighting. Company communicated with first issues, completely ignored every issue after. Lights flicker and change to bizarre colors randomly. App stops being able to control them. They are completely useless and unplugged at this point. 0 of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!! What a waste of time and money!!!!!!!

Great quality lights, bright and I like all the functions. Went up easy and with the ability to screw them in I don’t have to worry about the tape failing in the heat of the desert.

I will not have to climb a ladder in November again.
I wanted put-them-up-once lights for Christmas that had other uses in the off-season. With some planning to satisfy my tendency to be annoyed at things that are “a little bit askew”, I hung these lights, per the instructions, under the eaves of my ranch-style front roof. They went up without issue and look fantastic. I did have to get a 2.4g router to run them on wifi as my 5g wouldn’t connect. I use the Lumary android app to control them and have set up a few DIY lighting scenes to add to those pre-installed. I am a bit disappointed in the lack of detailed instructions for the app and have yet to figure out how to program individual lights (as opposed to a segment of lights) and Google and Reddit have been little help. I have yet to find another phone app to control them either. That said, they turn on and off on a schedule and I display my team colors on game day. In-between, a nice warm white accent light really gives the curb appeal a boost. and I only fell off the ladder once putting them up.

New review with new box delivered five star. See below for doesnât review that was one star.New review: all works. Seamless. No issues. Wife, myself, and grown children love it. Multiple daily positive comments by neighbors. I would find brackets that work and not use just the 3m stickie back (it wonât last). I did not install, but hired an installer. I would highly suggest this route. This will last and be up for years. The bright white light is a non holiday bonus. Will allow nighttime basketball playing to be better. I would recommend. I do think they are much brighter than govee. The app now works now that the lights work.Paid $750 to have installed. Both myself and the installer tested each strand individually before being installed (we tested separately). He installed the lights. The 3M was not effective at all so we had to use an aftermarket bracket (angelhalo does not sell any) to keep the lights up. When we connected to strands, only the first would light. we tried this with multiple strands, same effect. In addition, this is 3rd generation product being sold (there are two updated since), but this information is no where on this page. Now, i have to pay to have taken down and to have new brand installed. Finally, i purchased on black friday at a huge discount. when i asked for an exchange, was told this is not possible. That i have to return product and then buy again. This made the cost increase by $75 for nonfunctioning product of no fault of my own. I really wanted and want to like this product. I really wanted and want to have year long permanent lights that function well. Lastly, the app is not very good. it is confusing to use and the choices though look plentiful, are not very different.
