Why is my power bank providing fewer charges than expected?
Energy loss during charging due to inefficiencies in battery cells and circuitry results in a 30% to 45% capacity reduction. A fully charged Anker 25,000mAh power bank typically delivers about 13,750 to 17,500mAh.
How can I estimate the number of charges for my device?
To estimate the number of charges, use this formula: (Power Bank Total Capacity × 0.65) ÷ Device Battery Capacity. For example, a device with a 3,349mAh battery can receive approximately 4.8 charges from a 25,000mAh power bank.
How long does it take to recharge the power bank?
The recharge time depends on the charger’s power and the ambient temperature. Using a 100W or higher charger at 77°F (25°C), it typically takes about 2 hours to fully recharge the power bank.
Does it support pass-through charging?
Yes, the power bank supports pass-through charging. However, it requires a charger rated at 20W or higher, and the input power must exceed the output power to enable this feature.
Is it normal for the power bank to display “No Recharging Mode”?
Yes. When the power bank exceeds 127°F (53°C) while charging or 136°F (58°C) while discharging, it temporarily pauses recharging for safety. It will continue discharging until the temperature drops and then resume charging.
Triple 100W USB-C Ports for Multi-Device: Designed for multitaskers, featuring three USB-C ports each delivering up to 100W, allowing you to power a MacBook and other devices simultaneously.
25,000mAh for Long-Haul Power: Set off on extended journeys with a huge 25,000mAh capacity that supports your devices through multiple uses, complete with 100W ultra-fast recharging that fuels the power bank to 30% in just 22 minutes. (Note: This 90Wh power bank complies with airline carry-on regulations for batteries under 100Wh and must be placed in carry-on baggage.)
Dual Built-In Cables for On-the-Go Use: Equipped with two USB-C cables, one extendable up to 2.3 ft for over 20,000 retractions, and another at 0.98 ft that acts as a durable carrying strap capable of enduring more than 20,000 bends.
Charge 4 Devices at Once: Never run out of power, whether you’re charging smartphones, tablets, or other USB-enabled devices. Connect up to four at once thanks to dual USB-C Cables, a USB-A port, and a USB-C port.
What You Get: Anker Power Bank (25K, 165W, Built-In and Retractable Cables), protective pouch, user manual, 18-month warranty, and our friendly customer service.

Powerhouse on the Go â Perfect for Cameras, Phones, and Even My Laptop
I bought the Anker 25,000mAh Laptop Power Bank primarily for travel and long shooting days, and it has exceeded my expectations. Iâve used it with my Sony A7R V, Fujifilm X100VI, cellphone, and even my MacBookâand this thing powers them all without breaking a sweat. The triple 100W USB-C ports are incredibly useful. I can charge my laptop while also topping off my camera batteries and phone at the same time. Itâs rare to find a power bank that can genuinely handle laptops, but this one does it smoothly and quickly. The built-in and retractable cables are a nice touchâno more digging through bags for the right cord. The power delivery is fast and reliable, and I havenât had any overheating or performance issues even when using all ports at once.Itâs a bit larger than your average power bank, but the flight-approved capacity means I can still toss it in my carry-on and bring it on planes, which has been super helpful during international trips.â Charges my Sony A7RV and X100VI with easeâ Powers my phone and laptop simultaneouslyâ Fast 100W output â no waiting aroundâ Built-in cables are super convenientâ Flight-approved for travelâ Slightly bulky, but worth it for the powerIf you need a high-capacity, high-output charger for photography, productivity, or travel, this one is a beast. Highly recommended.

Best Power Bank I’ve Used So Far
This is the first power bank I’ve owned that isn’t pocket-friendly and that worried me before I bought it. Luckily my worries were a red herring because this is the best designed, travel-ready power bank I’ve ever used. It is perfectly sized to be thrown into a travel bag with all of your other electronics and the two integrated USB-C cables are perfect for all your electronics.Power & Performance:All three USB-C outputs can deliver up to 100W, with total output of 165WCan charge most iPhones 4+ times and get large laptops from 0-50% quicklyCan charge a Lenovo laptop in about 2 hours while only using 50% of the power bank’s capacityRecharges itself at up to 100W, which is super fastSmart Display: Features a detailed display showing temperature and wattages for each of the four outputs, with real-time charging information.Build Quality: Very well built, with every material and panel feeling solid and confident to withstand normal wear and tear.Best For:Power users who travel with laptops and multiple devicesPeople who frequently forget charging cablesThose who need fast charging capabilitiesUsers who want detailed charging information via the displayConsider Alternatives If:You primarily charge phones and small devices (may be overkill)Weight is a major concern for your use case

great power bank
Iâve been using my Anker power bank for a while now, and itâs been incredibly reliable. It charges my phone and other devices quickly and efficiently, and I never have to worry about running out of battery when Iâm on the go. Whether Iâm traveling, commuting, or just out for the day, it gives me peace of mind knowing I have backup power whenever I need it.The build quality is excellent it feels solid and well made, but still compact enough to fit easily in my bag. I really like the simple, no fuss design and how easy it is to use. Just plug in and go. It also charges up quickly, which is super helpful when Iâm in a rush.Overall, I highly recommend this Anker power bank to anyone looking for a trustworthy and portable charging solution. Itâs a great addition to any tech setup and has definitely made my life a lot more convenient.

High-Quality, Data Dense fast charger
So far I’ve been really impressed with the quality of this portable charger. From all my research in the tech space, this seemed like the portable charger to get. I sometimes have spontaneous plans after work, and so I needed something I could throw into my backpack just incase I’m out all day and need to charge up my phone.I like that this comes with a high quality carrying bag, so I can toss it in my work bag without fear that it’ll scratch or wear much. Also I enjoy all the data this gives. Battery health, cycle count, wattage per output, temperatures, etc.Battery health and cycle count are great to see the continued effectiveness of the battery. The cables that come with it are also high quality and convenient. I like that the retractable one has a magnetic tip to fold down, and stay down in its divot. The other table is braided, and my worry was that actually using it as a wrist-strap or carrying-loop, but the design is such that pulling on it cements it into the holster for it (think Chinese finger-trap).The wattage gives me confidence that my device is fast charging, so I can quickly get back some battery and put the portable charger back down. It’s all of these little things that make this feel like a high-quality, durable, and long-term investment.

Super convenient and really quite good for the price point
Is this expensive? Yes. But it really is worth it in my opinion. The fact that I can charge my M3 Mac Pro is amazing. It comes with two built in USB-C cables, which means I don’t have to worry about what happens if I forget one. The screen is nice and is helpful to figure out how to parse out your charging for all your different devices. This thing is HEAVY, just something to consider. It makes sense, with all that battery it’s going to be pretty heavy. Still, I wouldn’t recommend expecting to toss it in your purse and not dislocate your shoulder. It’s a convenient size and the strap (which doubles as the second cable) is cool. Though I do have to question the longevity of that cable dangle such a heavy item on it. We’ll see. Stays cool even when charging my phone and a laptop. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic design. Works like a charm. Does not get hot while charging several devices. Looks like it is very well built and of high quality. Very usable retractable usb-c. A second shorter usb-c functions as a carrying strap
