What does the shampoo look like? I got it and it looks strange, but it might just be what it is supposed to look like？
The shampoo has a gold/brownish copper-like color. Don’t be alarmed; it’s effective, especially for soothing a sore scalp. Happy New Year!
Mine just arrived today, and it’s so solid that it won’t come out of the bottle. Anyone else have that problem?
Unscrew the white cap there should be a clear plastic cap stuck in the top. You need to pop that cap off it is on there to prevent leaks which is a great idea.

FINALLY Relief
Over the last year I have been experiencing severe scalp dryness and flaking to the point that my hairdresser asked if I have scalp psoriasis. Over the last several months it has become increasingly worse. Last week I was able to see a portion of my scalp that is super itchy and while I do not have a medical diagnosis, it certainly looks like scalp psoriasis. Thick, silver patches of dryness and a sore. It is obviously difficult as a woman to see the back of my scalp through my hair. I have tried a number of different methods for relief but have not found anything that helped in the slightest. I found this product online and after reading through the positive reviews I decided to buy it before accepting defeat and requesting a doctors visit. Within ONE…..ONE wash with this shampoo I had about 95% relief from the extreme itching and burning that I have been experiencing for well over a year. I have just washed for the second time and have no itching and no burning. I was expecting to try the product for several weeks and wait for it to work, as most products need. The relief after dealing with this for so long…..sounds dramatic but I could cry. The itching and burning has really been that impactful and that distracting. I also typically have quite a bit of hair come out during my shower. I didn’t notice with the first wash but today I noticed I only had 2 hairs that came out with my wash. A million percent recomend this product. I find the smell to be pleasent, not overwhelming, and it lathers great in my hair which is down to my elbows.

I have suffered for YEARS with scalp folliculitis! YEARS! Prescription meds, prescription shampoos that dried out my hair. It was awful. Until now! I bought both the shampoo and conditioner, washed my scalp every other day for a week and BOOM, gone! Everything cleared up! It has been a month, Iâve still been doing it about every 3 days and I have ZERO new pimples and much less hair shedding. Iâm so happy! It leaves my hair clean and shiny, tangle free and SUPER soft. I would leave each product sit on my scalp for 3-4 minutes. I truly recommend this product. Also, if you have the folliculitis around your hairline of your neck back of your legs and your butt, try Hibiclense. You MUST be VERY careful not to get it near your eyes or in your ears!!! But I used that with the shampoo and conditioner. This skin condition is truly aggravating and weighs on self esteem, so Iâm thrilled to feel better.

Iâve struggled with itchy scalp and what I thought was dandruff for many years. Iâve tried all types of shampoos, including the most expensive ones that are meant for dry and itchy scalp. They never worked. My hair felt clean for a day and then it was back to itching and dandruff.I was finally diagnosed with seborrheic dermatitis 2 years ago and got the right medicated shampoo that helps but it can get expensive over time. After much research I came across this shampoo. I tried it and immediately can tell difference, I loved it. It doesnât have a scent but the important thing is that it doesnât stink or smell like chemicals. I immediately felt a clean sensation in my scalp. I didnât wash my hair for days and still felt no itching and it still felt clean. It also gives me the lather I need so I donât waste shampoo. I gotta tell you guys, if youâve struggled with dry itchy scalp and canât seem to get rid of the flakes, I 100% recommend you try this one. Coming from someone who has spent thousands of a variety of shampoos, I can say that next to my prescription this one is the best. They have a lifetime customer out of me. At a very reasonable price, I promise it doesnât get better than this one. I just wish they had some sort of a eucalyptus or rosemary scent. Having curly hair and I wash my once a week and I needed to wait until I washed my hair a few times to give it a review.My scalp gets really itchy and tender at the crown of my head. Iâve seen a dermatologist and was prescribed medication that did not work very well. Iâve also used sulfur 8 medicated shampoo and hair ointment which did okay.I just happened to come across this shampoo and so far it seems to be working fine.I bought this shampoo to see if it was a better option.Iâm also dealing with alopecia areata so Iâm dealing with a lot of scalp/hair issues but this does seem to calm my scalp because it came become very inflamed, itchy, and tender.I also read where others stated it didnât lather much. The directions did state the you should use your regular shampoo first and then use this shampoo which I did and it makes a big difference.

This shampoo is great, and the customer service is fantastic.I bought this product because my hair started dropping like flies and my scalp was hurting. I tried many different things to no avail, then it dawned on me that perhaps the problem could be folliculitis, so I searched for products that could help me heal.I researched quite a few and was inspired by this one, as it came across as professional and pharmaceutical. The day after I received it I already received an email from their customer service asking how I felt about it, and providing additional tips on how to use it. And then they followed up as to how I was doing, again just a few days later,The first time I used it, I washed my sculp with it first and then proceeded to shampoo my hair after the treatment, it turns out the best procedure is to wash the hair with shampoo first, then proceed with the treatment.The treatment works very well, this medicated shampoo feels very refreshing and immediately reduces the pain and itch. I leave it in for 3 to 5 minutes then rinse it out, then proceed to put conditioner and style as us usual.Already after the first treatment, the pain and hair loss were considerably reduced, and subsequent treatments completely resolved the problem.I highly recommend this product.

Has reduced my flaky dry scalp by a lot, maybe 80%. Better results than any other shampoo I’ve tried so far, and I can just keep using it, so it’s not one of those shampoo’s that you use for a few weeks and hope the eczema/flakiness goes away before the end.
