Works well and holds a charge for a long time
Does what I need, itâll jump a car even after the pack has been sitting a while, and it has been in my carryon luggage and I had no issues

Solidly built, not yet tested
I did not get to use it for real, but it is solidly built, read-outs are clear and it is a hefty battery which holds a large amount of charge. All functions other than jumping a car work as described.

Does not work
After it arrived, I charged it overnight. Then I placed it back in its original bag and then into the original box to keep for emergencies. It remained in the garage for several weeks. It was never dropped or exposed to water or excessive heat. I had the occasion to actually use the jump starter and it seems to be dead. Lights donât come on when I turn it on. I tried charging it but nothing. Very disappointing. I contacted their customer service through Amazon, but no reply. I requested a return through Amazon from the company and after several days no reply. Would avoid this product.

Does NOT include wall charger
The unit can be charged from your car battery, but DOES NOT include a wall charger – it requires separate purchase of a PD100W USB-C type charger. This is not made clear on the webpage, but is in the ownerâs manual. Plan on spending another $35 or more for this.Otherwise this is a great unit – I am giving my XP-10HD to my son for his car, and these battery jumpers are well made and make quick work of getting a dead car started.
