I’ve owned this product for over a year now has been working very well. And I’m very happy with customer service. Cameras are easy to operate and set up. Detection and microphones are excellent. I had one small issue last month where the battery was not holding a charge. I notified customer service and they replaced it no problem.Very friendly.

Pretty good..but mounting not universal
I give 4 stars for overall product.Bought the wide angle 2 cam set due to my small space. I tried various locations to get suitable wifi signal and coverage. So far things look good. The only issue I had was both cameras right out ot the box only showed 58% battery. Which was not a big deal. 1 charged ok on solar. The other one never got above 58%. It started loosing capacity. So I charged it in the house and put back out. So far 3 days and it is staying charged.Setup was vary easy. Picture quality is really good. Had to play with zone settings to get more coverage..All in all pretty good for the price and I like the home base storageI give 2 stars for lack of mounting possibilities. I have found that it has to be on a vertical surface for best camera angle placement/adjustment. The mount that comes with the camera does not allow for universal situations. Mounting on the underside of the soffit is not a good solution. The mount needs a extension to allow for universal mounting.

OVERALL: Rate 0 :Grade F: Not recommended! Thought I would give it a try hoping for the best but…Don’t waste your time and money!CONS: HORRIBLE quality, blurry images, must be within 10ft or closer from camera lens to get best quality. HORRIBLE false alerts every time it detects any type of movement regardless of what it is even the wind (every second) alert, alert, alert!) HORRIBLE placement of camera has to be 7-9ft from ground to detect object in alert zone. Thats not high enough out of a theifs reach to be able to take, break or dismantle the canera. Waste of recording too many false alarms etc. not worth the time. Also the white spot light continues to go on didn’t waste the time to find out if its capable of being turned off.PROS: Easy installation, directions, setup.NOT CONFIRMED: Didn’t keep returned disappointed in this purchaseSetup of 1 camera needed to watch my vehicles 30-50 ft away at 2nd story height and unable to get clear image from that distance! Waste of time especially the amount paid on a product that should be a setup for full protection unlimited distance, clear and crisp picture/feed/recording quality, without having to worry about not having the protection when needed at a crucial time and moment you need that protection from your security camera system. Honest opinion of my time with this system!Good luck!

Great cameras
They’re amazing cameras. I initially purchased the Arlos and the battery life was shady, was hard to stay connected to my WiFi. I sent them back and decided to try this brand after reading reviews and they work very well. Only charged them once when I first got them and the solar def charges them when the sunlight hits them. Even a rainy day like today and the last few days no issues.

En moins de 30 minutes, tout était opérationnel. La Homebase se branche en Ethernet (petit bémol si vous comptiez la poser dans une pièce sans accès à votre box), mais une fois reliée, ça roule tout seul. Les caméras se connectent sans accrocs.🎥 Qualité d’image & angle de vue : bluffantL’image est tout simplement incroyable. La résolution 5MP (3K) est d’une netteté exemplaire, y compris en zoomant dans l’image. Mention spéciale au grand angle qui permet de couvrir une large zone sans déformation gênante. Visuellement, on ne s’attend pas à un champ aussi large… et pourtant, il est bien là. Superbe surprise.🌙 Vision nocturne : noire ou en couleurs, c’est vous qui décidezPar défaut, la vision de nuit est en infrarouge noir et blanc, mais reste très nette, même en cas de faible luminosité. Et pour les plus exigeants, il est possible d’activer le flash intégré pour une vision en couleur, même en pleine nuit. De quoi identifier clairement visages ou plaques d’immatriculation. Très bon point.🔔 Détection & notifications intelligentesDès qu’un mouvement est détecté, vous recevez une notification en temps réel sur votre smartphone. Et pour éviter les alertes inutiles (bonjour les chats de quartier !), vous pouvez affiner les réglages pour ne recevoir des alertes que si une silhouette humaine est détectée. Simple, efficace, et personnalisable.🔊 Interactions intelligentes : alarme + interphone vocalDeux fonctions que je trouve particulièrement utiles :Déclenchement d’une alarme à distance : le son sort directement des hauts-parleurs des caméras, à un volume franchement dissuasif (et ajustable). Idéal pour faire fuir un intrus ou même… un chat trop curieux !Communication bidirectionnelle : vous pouvez parler via votre smartphone, et le son est très clair côté caméra. Mieux encore, on peut modifier le timbre de sa voix, pour s’amuser ou pour garder un peu d’anonymat. Pratique avec les livreurs par exemple.🔋 Autonomie et panneaux solaires : mission accomplieSans panneau solaire, la batterie tient déjà plusieurs semaines : environ 1% de consommation par jour selon mes réglages (sensibilité, détection, etc.). Avec les panneaux… c’est simple : je suis à 100% en permanence.Pour éviter de percer mes murs, j’ai opté pour des supports de gouttière. Parfait pour optimiser l’exposition solaire et garder un montage propre.⚠️ Petit point à garder en tête : la Homebase en EthernetC’est le seul vrai “moins”, et encore : la Homebase ne se connecte qu’en Ethernet, donc il faudra prévoir un emplacement proche de votre box internet. And overall, I’ve been really impressed with their ease of use and performance.The standout feature of these non-rotating cameras is how incredibly simple the installation is. Mounting them was a breeze, and getting them connected to the Homebase was quick and easy. The true wireless design is fantastic, offering real flexibility in placement without the hassle of running power cables. This was a significant advantage compared to setting up the cable-powered rotating model.Because these non-rotating cameras are so easy to install (they just mount and connect wirelessly), it’s still worth considering their placement from a security perspective. While they aren’t as easily unplugged as a simple clip-in, a determined individual could still potentially detach them. Therefore, choosing mounting locations that are slightly less accessible might still be a good idea for optimal security.Just like the rotating camera, playback in the app for these wireless models is also triggered by detected events. This means you can’t scroll through continuous recordings. Therefore, strategic placement in areas where you expect meaningful activity is key. Focusing them on doorways, driveways, or other key entry points ensures that when an event is recorded, it’s likely something you’ll want to review.Where these fixed wireless cameras really excel is in providing reliable, high-quality monitoring of specific areas with minimal fuss. The 3K video resolution is excellent, delivering clear and detailed footage both day and night. The colour night vision is a fantastic feature, making it much easier to discern details in low-light conditions. Plus, the wide viewing angle on these fixed cameras covers a substantial area, often eliminating the need for multiple cameras in one spot.The wireless operation and potential for solar power (depending on the exact model) are incredibly convenient, especially with the unpredictable weather in london Not having to worry about power outlets or frequent battery changes adds to the ease of use.
