Protection plan worked as advertised. Full reimbursement for price of product. Only thing I did not like was being told to check with retailer first instead Asurion just doing what I paid for. Other than that it worked.

Upright jewelry case the mirror was cracked in three different places. Packaging may need to be changed to insure customer product arrives intact. The cabinet is beautiful. Iâm glad I purchased the warranty,

It says parts replacement yet I wasn’t given a single option for that when a piece of my furniture broke. Not to mention it takes so damn long to actually get the claim in with non-succinct options and instructions.
