This was an absolutely flawless process. They replied back to my email within 12 hours when I notified them of a problem with my product. They notified me it was not gonna be repairable and they would just send me the replacement cost for a new system. I got that within 48 hours of me shipping back the unit.

Asurion always comes through in a clutch. If it is not worth their time to repair an item, they always issue a full refund via Amazon gift card. I always warranty any electronic product valued over $150. I weigh the factors of cost and the projected durability of the item purchased. Their stated warranty periods serve as a quality assurance tip for me. Longer periods of warranty offered by Asurion protections are good gauges of the projected functional use of the items purchased. I know they have crunched the data, and on average the item may last longer, but if it is going to break down, it will most likely do so after the warranty period. However, when it does break down within the warranty period, Asurion is clutch!

Worth the Cost!
I bought the plan for a Cosori convection toaster oven; it was my first time buying such a plan. And BOYHOWDY! am I glad I did! About 2 years after buying the oven it started giving me problems. The “toaster” mode took 15 minutes to toast an English muffin. And the”bake” function wouldn’t heat to proper temperature. The light burned out. The “defrost” quit working. You get the idea. So, I placed a claim and the moment I dropped off the unit (at the UPS store), I got notification that my refund had been put onto my Amazon account. It was that easy! The hardest part was finding a box to fit (because, of course, I’d already thrown the original box into my Recycle bin). Anyway, the return was a breeze and I will do it again for future purchases. Highly recommend!
