Worthless dont waste your time .
Submitted a claim for a broken electronic coffee mug that i dropped and it no longer turned on. Submitted all the info and pics needed and they directed me to reach out to the seller directly as they believed they would replace it. Of course the seller responded that they would not . I went back to Asurian and proceeded to chat with their agents about the next steps in the claim . I was told by the agent i should return the damaged product to amazon since it was within the return window. I questioned this and then was told well actually just get a refund from asurion because your product isnt covered. When i asked how the product doesnt fall into the coverage plan i was ghosted . Fast forward speaking to 4 more agent who all continued to leave me on read. Finally i thought i was getting somewhere with the 5th agent yet ultimately all they did was resubmit a brand new claim which they emailed me wanting all the same info again that I provided originally. I cancelled the warrenty and got my money back . All they want to do is waste your time and get out of providing the services they claim

Filing claim? Easy. Finding where to file? Less easy.
Full refund! Yeaaaa!!!Two and a half years after purchase.Finding the right way to file a claim took longer than filing the claim. And that was kind of a pain.Possibly because the item was discontinued.Actually filing the claim was pretty easy.
