Why did you pick this product vs others?:This product was offered to me when I purchased a Keurig coffee maker. They were awesome. The coffee maker fail but they didn’t. They refunded me all my money and I was able to purchase another one.

It was quick and easy to file a claim
We purchased the guarantee for a keurig since we haven’t had good luck with them in the past lasting for more than three years. Well, it quit after two years and wouldn’t pump water. We received our gift certificate immediately after completing the claim. It was quick and easy. Once we had packaged the coffee maker to ship to asurion, the gift certificate was issued as soon as they received confirmation of the tracking number. very pleased.

I have learned the hard way that spending around $3 more for the peace of mind and time, lots of time writing companies the that don’t often answer back about failed products.It is so easy to also.Spend the few extra bucks now and just try it for a year or so, l promise that you will be happy with yourself and you will find yourself not be angry at the failed products.You will save money because instead of buying a new replacements you will be receiving these replacements free, sometimes several of them for the term of your policy.Make your life easier. Oh and you can always find the policy, unlike paper warranties l could never locate these Amazon Asurion warranties are in your Amazon account.The best part is when something breaks, instead of the anger l actually felt lucky and smart to have The Asurion warranty. I get them for almost all the items l can imagine causing me a headache in the future.Good luck!!!

. I didn’t have to spend half as long in the interrogation room as they do on television.
They did finally cover the product, but not without a quick try at getting out of doing so first. Their automated site said, “it looks like your item is still covered under the manufacturer’s original warranty, check with them first,” so I did, and as I suspected, the manufacturer’s warranty had expired almost a year ago. I had to get with a representative to make a claim. I’ve bought dozens of these warranties from them and 99.99999% were never used, I think this was my first claim, it’s about $95.00 to $450.00 (their favor) and the warranty still had over a year on it, but apparently, they thought it was my hundredth claim and that the warranty only had hours left on it, I would advise buying a warranty from them, just be ready to gently push them in the direction of doing the right thing, because if you don’t, they won’t.
