A lot of tech for $100
I own the wired Keris (3389 version) and love it although I thought it was a bit overpriced at the time (bought it for $70). When the Keris Aimpoint was announced, I was excited to get hold of a copy and try it out. So far, I have really enjoyed my time with it.Pros-Tuned 3395 sensor.-Push-Fit Switch Socket II which allows you to swap out your 3 pin mehcanical switches without soldering. It can also take 5-pin optical switches.-Extra set of switches (Japanese Omron).-Easy access to the internals, no need to take the skates off.-PBT MB 1/2.-Extra set of skates that, for stock skates, offer a very good glide.-Stylish grips.-Fits my hand well (8.5″ x 3.5″). I can comfortably use claw grip with the Keris AP.-No creaking when squeezed or rattling when shaken.-Good weight (75g). Doesn’t feel heavy although I prefer mice in the 60-70g range.-Improved side buttons from the previous version. Buttons protrude a bit more which is a plus.-Steps on the scroll wheel feel nice and is relatively quiet when scrolling quickly.-Battery life. My first 2 days (about 8hrs/day) with the mouse saw only a 6% drop in battery life. Charges quick, too.-Included cable is nice (USB Type C). A little too stiff for my liking, but since I’ll only use it for charging the Keris, it’s not a big deal.-Dongle adapter is without a doubt the nicest I’ve seen. It’s very well made and comes with a metal clip.-Tri-Mode connectivity (wireless, bluetooth, and wired).Cons-Only 1k polling rate. For the price, it would have been nice to have at least 2k. The Chakram X and Origin both have 8k polling rate with the same sensor so I’m not sure why Asus opted for 1k with the Keris AP and Gladius III.Final thoughts:For $100 you do get a lot of tech. Push-Fit sockets effectively give the Keris AP an indefinite lifespan. Having the ability to bounce between mechanical and optical switches is a huge plus and adds a certain personal feel to the mouse. I opted to put a set of Huano blue shell/pink dots and am very satisfied. While I thought the wired Keris (3389 version) was overpriced, the Keris AP is definitely not. Definitely worth the price and the best mouse in the AP lineup. $160 for the Chakram X is ridiculous unless you’re willing to pay an extra $60 for 8K polling rate and wireless charging. I can’t give the Keris AP 5 stars because I feel it should have come with a higher polling rate than 1k, but I don’t feel it’s enough to take a whole star off. 4.5 stars for me. Thanks for taking the time to read my review.

Impressively Light that I thought it was a Toy!!!
In my opinion, the ASUS ROG Keris II Ace Wireless Gaming Mouse is a game-changer! First of all, at just 54 grams, it feels amazingly light—which makes extended gaming sessions so much more comfortable. You hardly see it in your hand. The AimPoint Pro 42K optical sensor is just unbelievably remarkable. Since I began using this mouse, my FPS game objectives have certainly gotten better. A great benefit is that shots seem to be precise and quick. The optical micro switches also give a lovely clicky response that I especially like. It’s fulfilling and gives every click pinpoint accuracy. The SpeedNova wireless technology stands out for me in particular. Wireless performance made me slightly skeptical, but this mouse is really quick and has no obvious lag. Additionally, it has a wonderful polling rate booster, therefore everything seems crisp. The elegant black style appeals to me as well; it looks really cool on my gaming setup without being too showy. Overall, the ASUS ROG Keris II Ace has provided a fantastic experience whether you are a competitive player or only someone who like to play for amusement. I am quite pleased I made the change.

    Solid gaming mouse
Feels great, nice click, decent battery life. I got this to go with another ROG product and I have no complaints. It comes with an Omni dongle that allows you to pair multiple ROG products to it so I was able to pair both the keyboard and mouse to the same dongle, thus saving me a USB port on my laptop. I also like how I can also use it wired via the provided usb-c for super competitive gaming when I need that slight latency edge but its almost not noticeable since using it with a dongle already feels super fast.Solid quality mouse. Not the top of the line mouse but for the price it comes at I’m super happy with it and am expecting to use it for years.

A great change in design for ASUS ROG
I prefer Asus ROG products becuase they tend to have features that I can’t find in other products, and they utilize newer technologies that provide more durable and performant products, but in the past, I have found their mice lacking. This mouse, for example, has optical switches, which improve durrability and reduce latency, and a 4000hz+ polling rate, which also reduces latency and increases accuracy. It also offers tri-mode connectivity, which allows me to only have one mouse at my desk for all purposes, across multiple devices.I have tried a variety of ROG mice, and found that most of them were not well designed for FPS games, since they had design flaws that would pinch your finger when you clicked, or wouldn’t leave enough room for your ring and pinky fingers to rest on the side of the mouse. You can tell that they did their research and updated their design with this interation of the Keris, becuase it has fixed all of those issues. This is an excelent mouse

    Quality hardware and software!
Love the customization through the app, I use one profile with the default buttons and another profile for quiet use by using the scroll wheel up and down for the left and right click. The mouse grips are a nice addition making it look cool and feel better in the hands. Love how it was it’s own switch for wired, USB receiver, and Bluetooth connecting so I can easily switch between 3 different devices with one simple switch. Only 4 stars because it didn’t have much space for my pinky finger so I’ll get a different rog mouse that has that extra space to support it.

De verdad no imaginé que fuera tan pero tan ligeo y cómodo. El cable es extremadamente suave y se agradece. Su dongle es compatible con el teclado Azoth, de modo que solo con un dongle conecto teclado y mouse.

A well-built light mouse. I am usually used to heavy mice, but this one just feels great in the hand. Very comfortable for palm gripping even though my pinky sometimes ends up on the table. The 2.4 GHz and Bluetooth both work very well when gaming and browsing and haven’t had any disconnecting issues. I like the rubber grip stickers that it comes with (although they will most likely come off eventually); they do help me grip the mouse better. The mouse slides very easily on any surface I have tried it on (sometimes a bit too much). The only downfall of this mouse is Armoury Crate; I haven’t been able to configure it either on my PC or ROG Ally because for some reason Armoury Crate keeps on giving an error, but not too of a big issue since the DPI the mouse comes with as presets are comfortable (for me at least). Overall I’d give it 9/10.

  10. Just your average Amazon Customer

Nice lightweight gaming mouse. My first time using smaller/light weight mouse. Used to larger and heavier mice so was an interesting change and easily acclimatized. Some of the other shapes of more popular clones didn’t feel as comfortable for my hand. ROG products ergonomics appear to fit me better.
