Easy to assemble, cats begrudgingly accept
I wanted to better manage my cats food in order to keep them at a healthy weight. I have 3 and was looking for a an automatic feeder that would have bowls for all of them. This feeder works exactly as described and was very easy to set up. It plugs into the wall but also has a battery slot for a backup. I was able to create a feeding plan for each day and each bowl which is nice. It also gives you the option to feed just by hitting a button even if itâs not scheduled. The top is pretty secure, so unless my cats went crazy I donât think they can break into it. You also have the option to record a voice message that will sound when food is dumped. I think you can only record one message. The app is basic and easy enough to figure out. It uses military time, which is kind of annoying but nothing major. It also allows you to pick the number of serving sizes for each feeding but doesnât tell you how big a serving size is. It would be helpful if they included a picture or measurement representing how much is a serving. For now I have 1 serving size set to be dumped several times a day. I kind of wish it had a built in camera to view your cats but I didnât think of that until after ordering and Iâm still happy with this purchase. I have some trips coming up and now I donât have to worry about me or my sitters forgetting to top off the cats kibble or the cats spilling it. My cats have also figured it out and seemed to be sharing bowls, they were a little unhappy that the free access feeder is gone but are content to just have food. I feed Hills Science diet which are small round pieces and so far thereâs been no issue with them getting stuck.

I am absolutely in love with this 3-bowl smart feeder! I use it for my cat, and even though itâs made for dry food only, itâs been the perfect addition to our home. My cat tends to beg early in the morning and again in the afternoon, and I used to worry constantly about being home in time to feed him. Not anymore! The feeder rotates between three compartments, and each one holds a good portion of dry kibble. I love being able to preload his meals for the day and then just let the feeder do the rest. The scheduling feature is super intuitive â I set specific times for each meal, and it rotates precisely when it should. My cat has already figured out the sound of it moving and runs over every time it activates! The lid keeps the uneaten food sealed away from curious paws, which is great for freshness and for keeping my little food bandit from helping himself early. Itâs also surprisingly quiet, which I really appreciate in the mornings. Iâve noticed my cat is more settled now that he has a predictable feeding schedule â and I get to sleep in a bit longer! The build quality is excellent: sturdy, sleek, and easy to clean. The bowl compartments lift out for a quick rinse, and the exterior wipes down nicely. It doesnât take up much room and actually looks nice on the floor â minimalistic but high-tech. If youâre looking for a smart feeder for dry food that can portion out multiple meals a day, especially for one pampered pet, this is 100% worth the purchase. Itâs reliable, easy to use, and honestly makes daily life a little more convenient. Highly recommend!

Buyer beware–it does in fact clog.
I had high hopes for this based on the number of positive reviews and the zero clog guarantee; however, it clogs every time. I checked the recommended food size, and my pellets fall well within that range. The first time I tried to clear the jam, I spilled a full hopper of food everywhere. The second time, the hopper lock got stuck in the lock position, making it impossible to clear the jam. I got this to make my life easier, and it has caused a lot of frustration. The concept is great and I love the ease of use, when it’s working, but my pets aren’t getting fed because of the clog issue.I tried an even smaller feed size and it too jammed. When one side jams, it doesn’t return to the other sides. Honestly, I don’t understand the positive reviewsâ is this unit defective? It’s unreliable and going back.

Very useful feeder for multiple cats
This is a very good product! First it can support feed three bowls in a very smart way(rotate and fill each bowl one by one), so the machine will not be too bunky. Because i have two cats i simply take away one bowl and set that feeding amount of that bowl to 0. Works perfectly. It can also be controlled by WiFi using Tuya app, and very easy to customize feeding plan. Feeding process is very smooth, never experiencing any stuck. I am very happy with this machine and definitely recommend it. Itâs by far the best feeder I have ever used.

Good value, good function
The feeder is very easy to use, cell phone connection is pretty quick, can set times for everyday feeding. My cats like it, and the it saves me lots of energy to feed the cats. Functionality:greatSize:not too big, the size is just rightWorks well:it works great if you have more than 1 cat

Small portions
The feeder was easy to set up and works very well. The bowls even lock in place. My problem is thay one serving of cat food is equal toaybe one scooped tablespoon when we serve them 1/3 of a cup. We are in day 4 of trying to figure out the right portions for them as we only feed once a day. We are currently up to trying 6 portions per cat in one feeding. Just be prepared for very very small portions.

Easy to use?
This whole approximately 1 gallon of kibble. It took our 10 year-old cats approximately 10 days to understand how it worked. It definitely takes three AAA batteries as a back up and the cord is about 4 feet long. I wish it held more. It comes with metal bowls, and my cats can hear The food dripping in it. It gives one piece of kibble to announce its arrival and then after that one piece comes out, the rest of the feeding comes out. The unit comes with a pre-recorded message feature, which is nice to call your animals for feeding. It hasnât clogged once in the month weâve had it and we are pleased with it. The app on your phone is very easy to use and understand. Just know that your animals will be very close to each other while eating so if they have any jealousy of food issues, this may be a problem. All three animals will not be fed at once. It takes approximately 15 seconds for three bowls to be filled Five stars

I Finally don’t have to wake up early everyday with fear that my cat is hungry!this feeder has good portion selection. although I only have one cat (for now), I can adjust it until my cousins cat need to stay over.it has feeding records so i’ll know if my cat is fed. great simple product. if it can have a camera that would be perfect
