this works wonders there’s no cons the only thing is you have to keep freezing it once in a while and then putting it back, but it does work on longer trips but just be sure you freeze it up before you go on a trip and just keep monitoring it that’s what i do recommend it never had problems or issues more for diabetic ppls

I have several types of injection medication. I bought this to be able to travel, especially through the airport. My flight was 6 hr flight. The TSA did open to check it. I had all my paper work to verify all medications with my doctors.It kept my medication cold for up to 9hrs. The ice pack was still some what lightly frozen, the inside was still cold. I had made it to my destination where as, I hurried to put my meds in the refrigerator. It did its job.
