Stays with in place for a great workout and stretch
The inside of the bands have beveled grips to keep your bands in place. Even with extreme movement, your bands stay in place and donât ride up or down. Great quality! Comfortable and durable!!

Perfect Addition for Strength Training
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I love adding these bands to my workouts. The anti slip material on the inside of the bands helps keep them in place on my legs. They are made of great quality and come inside a small pouch that I use for storing them. I highly recommend them!

Great workout
Never have worked out with resistance bands at home, but I feel like I am getting the workout and resistance I am looking for. They are the perfect width and do not fall off easily. Easy to use.

My Favorite Bands
Love that these are thicker so they donât roll or snap up my thighs like the smaller mini bands do during a leg workout. Resistance is good with three different options. Quality is really good just like all bala products. Comes in a little zipper mesh pouch which is perfect to throw in my gym bag.

These Bring Rubber Resistance Bands to Shame
Best resistance bands! They donât slip by much or entangle themselves into the same painful mess as rubber resistance bands. My gym uses these, and Iâm glad to have been introduced to the brand because I have purchased some of their products (such as these) to replicate my Pilates/barre workouts at home.
