Study brushes, great customer service
I love these brushes!The handles are a little thicker and sturdier than other brands I have used in the past, and I love it. The bristles are on the softer side, which is great, and I haven’t had any issues with them falling out or coming loose.When my package first arrived, the glass floss holder was broken. I reached out to Tree Bird right away on instagram, and they immediately sent me a new roll of floss + glass case. Thanks for the excellent customer service!The only knock I have is the floss sometimes break towards the end of your mouthful of flossing, but I understand this is a natural fiber instead of plastic, so it doesn’t bother me too much.

Good but needs further improvements
Love the floss. Enough thickness & âcoarsenessâ to scrape all the gunk out. Some flosses slide too easily and do not clean well. The glass case is cute but I wish it came in stainless steel case instead of glass . Itâs so small & delicate, im afraid i will accidentally drop it at one point. Love that itâs refillable .Definitely buying refills for this.I got the soft bristle toothbrush – i like the softness of the bristles BUT i wish itâs raised & pointed at the end to reach hard spots. The bamboo handle has enough thickness but should be thinner towards the head so it can have better reach.So far im just okay with it, i just need to get used to it being thicker than regular plastic toothbrushes and find an angle to reach my molars better.

Does the job!
Takes some getting used to, but the wooden toothbrushes work just as fine as their plastic competitor. You’ll notice a little difference in texture but I have yet to get a splinter or feel any bit bothered by the switch.The floss feels a little more delicate than your typical wax thread from the drug store. It doesn’t rip when using though, and is very strong and functional. I love the little glass container for it. I did pop the thread cutter up a little more to make it easier/quicker to cut. It doesn’t have a flavor (which I’m fine with) and is thinner. It’s works great!Shipment came quickly and the packaging is so cute and ecofriendly. It’s a bummer that most of the amazon purchases arrive in a plastic bag in addition to being packaged in a cardboard box already. I wish they’d just place the box of tooth brushes right in the cardboard box, and maybe stuff it with paper rather than plastic bubbles.

Great idea, love the texture, but spool needs work.
I love the idea behind this product and trying to eliminate waste from plastics. The floss is a great thickness even for between my very close together teeth. Itâs stronger than other flosses and has a coarseness that helps clean.However, I am having a problem with my floss because it broke off in the center of the spool. I had to create a new thread on the outer edge that is not wrapped in a typical single circular pattern, but crisscrossed in a variety of ways. This makes the floss hard to pull out and it often gets stuck and breaks off in the bottle. I may just have to throw it out. The bottle top also came very smudged up. I had to clean it after opening.I loved the idea and the brushes are great, but the floss isnât working for me. Hopefully this is just a one time fluke because I do like it and that natural ingredients are used.

Feel good about less plastic!
This product is of excellent quality. The toothbrushes are smooth and splinter free with rounded bamboo edges at the head of the brush, not to mention that they also don’t mold if properly taken care of. The floss is also of excellent quality not easily broken and being held in a moderately durable, refillable eco friendlyglass container. These products will truly make you feel good about making the switch from plastics, and it couldn’t be easier with the price point.

My tooth brush lasted about 5wks before it was rough to use because the bristles were wearing down. I usually could have a regular toothbrush 2-3 months. I love the floss! Glides easily and does not taste bad.
