Great sound-bar for music
The main reason I purchased this sound-bar is so that I could pair it with my B&O A9 on the covered deck when not watching TV. In this regard it works flawlessly and sounds amazing with Tidal music tracks. As a TV sound bar it paired seamlessly with my New Samsung Terrace outdoor TV. It projects really well, allowing us to watch TV from a distance without cranking the volume. I have not watched a movie yet, but even watching sports you get a sense of the surround capabilities, broadcaster voices come from the center of the screen while crowd noise and other audio affects seem to come from way outside the limits of this bar. I often get the impression that sounds and voices are coming from behind me when there is literally no one for miles. I’m sure there are less expensive sound bars that perform as well but this one looks fantastic, pairs with my other B&O products, and music sounds great as you would expect.

Thereâs nothing to complain about. Itâs easy to install, looks fantastic, has incredible sound quality, and is straightforward to use. It is a bit heavy, though.

Sheer torture to setup, awesome sound
Even though I bought the Bang & Olufsen recommended LG G4 TV, setup to get the Beosound Stage to communicate with the LG G4 TV was very problematic. The product documentation lacks detail, and the support team from Bang &Olufsen did not have the necessary product knowledge to provide useful advice. HDMI AAC connection to the TV did not work. Came very close to returning the unit, but because I have other B&O equipment I have had prior experience with how painful the setup can be. Eventually got the Beosound Stage to communicate over WiFi using WiSA and enjoy the awesome sound produced by the speaker. But I few months later the speaker disconnected itself from the TV and would not reconnect using WiSA, despite resetting to factory and starting all over again. Finally resorted to using Bluetooth to connect the speaker to the TV. Sleek elegant design and overall great sound quality
This is our fourth soundbar. By far the best. Instructions are worthless but set up not too bad. I am a dedicated audiophile and have a high 5 figure two channel system so into fidelity. We have it placed in front of 55â TV and the upward sound projection fills the room. It has an expansive soundstage. Bass performance much better than expected. The B & O app has some nice tweak options – placement, equalizer, bass, treble, sound modes, volume, custom sound settings and a few others. Now set up: google you tube for instructions, simple HDMI between soundbar and TV, download B & O app before you set up soundbar. Elegant design, disappears in room physically and sonically, upward firing drivers produce incredible soundstage. Does not come with remote and auto sync up with TV remote. You just use B & O app for tweaking.

A great all-rounder
Excellent but not exceptional sound. Lacks the sheer brilliance of a Beoplay A9 (but it is half the price!). Easy set up & works well on AirPlay grouped with other WiFi speakers.Handsome design with possibility to change grill cover is useful. Overall a welcome addition to our B&O family

Perfect TV speaker replacement for my older TV with HDMI1 (ARC) Port
The Beosound Stage in Aluminum/Black is a beautiful piece of Danish engineering. It sounds great and looks even better. I waited for a price drop prior to Christmas – the Bronze model would have fit my decor better but it wasn’t worth the extra bucks. After I connected the soundbar to my HDMI 1 TV port I had a small problem with the TV turning off involuntarily every few minutes but the fault was my TV’s HDMI port setting not being on “Digital”. I’ve played movies, music and TV and all sources sound warm, rich and clear. I used it first in the “shelf” position then moved it to “wall” after I hung it up and both sound great.

Connection problems and no remote control
There is NO remote included. So if the app doesnât connect then you have to go to the sound bar to change the volume. Sometimes it works with app but most of the time it takes a few min to even connect to it. Lately it randomly plays music from the BO app, that couldnât be more annoying when youâre tv wonât connect but music will play through the app. I couldnât get the hdmi to work for 15 min today. Now it plays tv but wonât connect to the app so no volume control. So I canât adjust anything besides volume, no bass control or anything. You made this over sophisticated for no reason. I canât even tell when itâs turned on. I just want a sound bar for my tv that has its own remote and is always working with the hdmi. I will be returning. $2000 is way too much for this

IT just goes into stand by, you can restart it and configure again and then it will just keep disconnecting.
