Elle Bea –
Good product AND customer service
HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I measured my needs (do that so you know your clothes and your space), compared dozens of products’ ads — read all the specs and almost all the reviews — both here and from other sources before deciding on these and bought two of these units. Even though the parts are sometimes not labeled or labeled wrong, and I got one set with two wrong bars, I am TOTALLY SATISFIED because — did I mention? — CUSTOMER SERVICE. They responded promptly and shipped the right ones. And the product is good.Even without parts labels, it is not hard to figure out what goes where. The instructions are decent. Take your time, lay everything out, get familiar with it. One person can do it alone. I’ve never had anything like these before and was a little unsure of the system but it’s really quite clever. I had to assemble the first one in my main room (because that’s where I had at least some space to move around) then slide it on its side through bedroom door (because these units are so wonderfully tall) then stand it up. Once I had practice, I could do the second one in the smaller space.Maybe you’ll know exactly where you want the shelves and hooks placed but I didn’t at first. Once I got the hang of assembly, I realized I could assemble the unit on its side with just the base shelf and wheels done, add all the uprights, then slide the other shelf and the hooks bars on loose to fix in place later when I decided on final height for them after the top was on and unit was upright. (Be careful of up/down orientation.) It’s slightly awkward to hold the middle shelf up while doing the clips but this gave me final placement flexibility after some experimentation with a few clothes hung.I wanted tall units (not easy to find) to give me maximum hang height for long shirts and jackets. With bottom shelf at lowest point (which these units also have one of the lowest options for), these units provide plenty. I could have even put it up a notch to put shoes under the shelf, but by the time I realized how much generous space I really did have, I wasn’t going to take everything apart again. Happy with it as is. I can still put some shoes on the bottom shelf in free space under the lower-level shirts, tuck toes of other shoes on floor under edge of shelf. I can put a couple folded sweatshirts or sweatpants on the middle shelf under the upper-level shirts. I’m 5’5″ and I can still reach to get hangers on and off the top bar. It’s a stretch (and a hop) to get my sunhats and such on and off the very top of the units but I can usually manage it without the stepstool. I set up my second unit with a lower-down “middle” shelf, so I had a longer hang length for pants (I hang them full length) or other long clothes. To my delight, there’s enough space leftover underneath its “middle” shelf for both spare hangers (very handy) on the 2nd bar I didn’t think I would use but discovered I can, plus a laundry bag (or whatever you might decide to put there).I needed rolling units to be able to move them for access to electric panel behind unit on one side of room and for ease of making the bed that the other unit is near. You aren’t going to use these to do chin ups, and the units should be anchored if you have kids, but they are quite strong enough for lots of clothes, quite stable enough for adult use, and roll well enough (I use two hands to guide it, but it is not tippy) even on my old building floors with industrial nap rug. These are deeper than many other units I researched but I wasn’t sure how stable they’d be for their height and fully loaded. They’re fine. (Maker might not recommend for liability reasons but) I’m not nervous about steadying myself with one hand on the middle shelf while pulling off my sneakers and socks. This is just my case but one thing that was great about these (besides tall, with wheels and hooks, and sufficient depth to be stable, and with customer service) is that they come in the less-wide size. I had been looking at units with one double bar side and one single bar side all in one unit but could not fit any of them in my space and despaired of solving my clothing problem until the eureka moment I realized I could get two separate units of these and put them in the small spaces I had on different sides of the room. (And, of course, side by side or perpendicular, if I ever change furniture or living space.) They hold so much more than the old single bar rack I had and look so much better — even loaded up, when they, of course, don’t look as neat as the ad pix, haha, they almost miraculously make my space look properly and more attractively organized. Because of my room placements, I put both hooks pieces on the same side of the unit to face the side I can reach best. I will say that I will be looking for some covers for the hook ends to provide some cushioning for my clothes but in the meantime, I just hang and remove carefully and that’s working OK.Hope this gives some folks an idea of the product and possibilities. I’m a happy customer and my lack of closet problem is finally solved. Highly recommend this helpful seller and these good quality units.

Sturdy and roomy
Perfect for a mini closet inside my closet for my extra kid. It is tall, so be sure you pay attention to measurements if you plan to move it around much. It had to be lay down some to fit through doorways at my house. Very sturdy

Commercial Grade, Space Saving Garment Rack
I seldom write reviews on Amazon products, but I felt I should share my thoughts today. This garment rack is space saving, super strong, affordable, and one of the best we’ve used. Truly commercial grade. Very highly recommend! Simply the BEST!

Not Heavy Duty in any sense
This product was easy to assemble, I bought 2 of them because they were the exact dimensions I needed to roll them into my closets. The problem is that they are very, very lightweight. These may LOOK like common chrome rack shelving, but it is not. The pipes are thinner and lighter. All of the shelves were deformed in the package – but the wires are so thin that I was able to reshape them with my bare hands. I didn’t think I would be able to lift one box, but I was able to carry one in each hand. These are lightweight but made to look like the heavy duty stuff. I purchased a mobile file folder cart made of the heavy duty material and one-fifth the size of this clothing rack, and I could barely lift the package. This rack should weigh between 50-60lbs, but it weighs less than 20. When it is assembled, you can flip it on it’s side with your little finger. I can tell that I MUST fill the bottom rod first, otherwise the whole cart will fall over. Like I said, I don’t hate it… yet. I will update this after I load them up with clothes.
