Just LOVE it. Works like a charm, looks good, easy to clean, store and very well made. What more can I say. Totally satisfied.

Kinda easy to install and one part that should be metal.
Nice medium size gas grill. 4 stars because of parts should be labeled so instructions could be clearer. Instalation should of taken me about 10 minutes, but instead it took me 40 minutes and still was wrong. Gas connection was plastic also. Poor quality on that part, especially heat and the way it rubs the ground during transporting it from place to place. This is about as basic of a gas grill as you can get. No side burner, no warming rack, and don’t seem to have rotisserie attachment brackets for a unit to attach to. Becareful upon folding it close, it will drop fast and slam if you are not careful. Opening and closing, I would recommend at least 2 people. Overall it’s a nice grill.

Good but who some work needed to stay clean
It gets hot. Sure. It looks nice. It’s portable ish. The price seems to be right. I got some nice steaks out of it. Now some cons. It’s stainless steel. What, that’s a con? Well, here’s why. Inside, its not your typical black cast iron material and cast iron grate. Why does this matter? It’ll get dirty and it’s noticeable. But wait, its easy to clean because its stainless steel right? Nope. Need lots of elbow grease if you want it anywhere near close to looking new. Someone with a cleaning OCD like myself won’t like this grill. Also, while it does get hot, soon as you open the lid, temps drop fast and since the grate isn’t cast iron, you also lose that heat. My tip is to get the grill hot like 700 degrees, place steaks to sear, and then you’re good. Overall, I think its valued correctly. But for 200 more, you can grab a Weber. Something I am thinking about as I just spent a considerable amount of time cleaning the inside. Good grill but not great.

Heats quickly. Can get blistering hot if you leave it a bit. Great for searing steaks with nice grill marks. However, the distribution plates underneath are quite close to the grate and will flare up with even a modestly marbled steak. I would suggest grilling only one steak per burner, start at the back and when it flares up, draw it gently to the front while maintaining your grill marks. when the fire dies out and a new fire starts, slide it back to the rear until ready to flip. Oil your steaks first after seasoning.I just did a sous-vide 38 Oz tomahawk and finished it on this unit as described above. Beautiful result.Hamburgers and such don’t require such blazing heat and flare-ups are less and easier to manage.I wanted a heavy, stainless grate to cook on and this provides it. If I cook something sticky and goopy I can use oven cleaner on it rather than using a ton of fuel to burn it off as completely as I’d want it.The entire unit is 100% Stainless. I don’t know what other reviewers were talking about. This grill will very likely outlive me.Self ignition is awesome. Rather than have an electrode on the burner tubes, it has a jet orifice that shoots a jet of gas along the length of the burner tube, guaranteeing ignition while the electrode stays off to the side of the burner and doesn’t warp or degrade from being in a flame all the time. That jet of gas stops when you turn the dial over enough to spark the electrode. I’ve had ignition on first click every single time thus far.Regarding complaints about assembly and lack of instructions, if you can’t properly put this unit together and get it to function properly, then you likely have no business driving a can opener either. Only the most basic level of mechanical aptitude is required.No, the knobs don’t melt off. I’ve preheated it and forgotten about it while it runs away at +850* with no adverse effects.I’ll be using this for many years.

Nice Bbq. Decent size for a burger family or group, not bulbous/too high like some of the Weber ones. Construction isn’t too hard but the instructions aren’t great and you can tell the parts aren’t the strongest metal/screw wise. But.. it gets hot fast, has a big cooking surface, portable for use with or without cart, can use with small propane bottle or big tank. I just got it, so we’ll see how it goes. If this positive review is still up as of a month after, it was worth it haha

So…I received this about 2 pm today. Took it into the garage to assemble. First thing is un pack it and set the grill over to the side as you have to assemble the cart first. Get that part done then you attach the grill to the cart. Then the axel and wheels…check. Now you need to install the handle on the lid of the grill. Hmm…strange I thought, the handle was already attached. Lift the lid and I find a totally used BBQ.covered in grease and burnt food. WTF…who does this? Got the return label and it’s going back tomorrow. Not sure if I can trust ordering another one.UPDATE – I received several messages abut this review from the Manufacturer/Canadian importer as they are very concerned about my experience. They confirmed that a used BBQ could never be sent out by them but instead would have been a customer return to Amazon which in turn was put back in their inventory without checking it. (Makes sense to me). Amazon was going to make me wait until May 18th to receive a credit on my card. Im happy to report the Manufacturer/Canadian importer intervened with the credit process and a full credit was placed on my card today! Hats off to TOPF MFG INC for looking after this. And shame on Amazon. Do better!
