Great PC at a cheaper price!
I bought this for my son who LOVES to game! He is in love with this PC. My son says that it is a 5/5 star. It can run a game very well. He also says that it has a lot of FPS when playing at max setting. The value is also great for the price. It is expensive to some but worth it because we have bought him 2 before that weâre extremely slow and so we had to upgrade so I wish we wouldâve just purchased this one from the get go. It connects without any issues. There is noise, however the noise level is not loud at all. Makes for a great Christmas gift, graduation gift etc.

BEASTCOM is fantastic and great to work with.
This pc I am sure is a great PC but this on had a screw that had come out holding the G-force video in place so I asked to return the item not wanting to cause more issues with the PC. Beastrom was fantastic in allowing me tom return the PC and gave me a full refund. Buying from them is always a good and safe thing to do and they stand behind the product unlike many others do with there products.

Already not working and poor customer support
EDIT 10/13/25: Beastcom issued an apology,, and a $150 refund pending withdrawal of my A-Z guarantee claim.EDIT 9/30/25: Beastcom sent the Windows activation code, and I was able to set it up. For now everything seems to be working. Will update if there are any changes.EDIT 9/25/25: The new computer finally arrived last night. It is set up and functioning, though there is an issue with the Windows activation. Beastcom does not send a product code, so I am trying to figure out how to resolve the issue. But for now, it works.EDIT 9/23/25: Beastcom sent my replacement computer 9/17/25. It has sat in customs with an incomplete invoice since then. Yesterday I told them that if it wasn’t addressed today I wanted a refund instead; this morning they finally sent the documentation and cleared customs. Once again, I will update once more when I have the computer.EDIT 9/15/25: Beastcom finally responded to me 9/5, after I posted my reviews and emailed their support directly instead of through their contact form on their website. They offered to replace the computer in exchange for a new one, and started they would upload a shipping label. After 9 days of pestering, they finally sent me the label yesterday. I dropped off the computer to UPS first thing this morning. I will update again once I receive the new computer.(Inital review)I am incredibly disappointed and borderline livid. I ordered my Beastcom Q5 off of Amazon just over a month ago. My video and sound glitched out on both my monitors, and now my computer is not putting out any video signal. I know the monitors still work because I tried them with other devices. I have tried restarting the computer multiple times while trying the DP cable in all 3 ports, and checking the HDMI cable as well. I sent a message to Beastcom through their website on 8/29, and have not received so much as a confirmation that they received it. I contacted Amazon as well; they said the computer is still under manufacturer warranty and they also sent Beastcom a message. Nothing. I sent another message to Beastcom early this morning (9/4) and still haven’t received a response now that it’s well after hours. I spent over $1000 on this computer. It’s not even two months old, and now it’s a pretty paperweight. Beastcom’s customer support is non-existent. Don’t waste your money.

Great PC.Worked fine out of box. Windows 11 problem occurred after the October patch and upgrade to 24H2. Beastcom provided immediate support and fixed the issues immediately via remote support.I would highly recommend this seller for future purchases.They were fantastic!

I received this computer and it came pretty quickly. It works really great now but after I got it I hooked it all up and nothing. No picture. No picture on a TV with HDMI and no picture on a monitor with the regular monitor hookup.I started reading reviews online for Beastcom. Not the reviews on Amazon. People were telling horror stories of shipping the computer back and still not getting a refund. Stories of the computers being built with old motherboards, old processors, old Graphic cards.I figured I was out the money. So I took it to a computer repair shop. Turns out the graphic card hard gotten dislodge out of its slot on the motherboard.The computer shop checked it all out for me. Completely as advertised. i9 processor with ASUS motherboard and a very good graphic card. Plus a really good SSD hard drive. Since I was there I had them install a second SSD hard drive so I have plenty of storage space. The extra hard drive which is 2TB to go with the 1TB already installed and now I have tons of space. To have them just go through it and get any kinks out it was only $65.00. The hard drive was $200.00.Anyway I have put it through it’s paces. I have ran Modern Warfare and Red Dead Redemption 2 on it and it works great. This computer does everything I want it to do and more. I went from totally disappointed to overjoyed in one morning after visiting the computer repair shop. Columbia Computer Repair in Columbia Missouri.

I bought this pc over 1 year ago and is still in the perfect condition. The clients service solved a little issue with windows 11 pro in less than 1 hour. Iâm really happy and I really recommend BEASTCOM for price quality rapport. Top brand!

Everything works just fine, fan is also silent. However there is just 2 things that was disappointing:1. Wifi card: its super slow, super super slow. Whereas my victus 15 laptop got 420mbps and my S23+ as well, my computer got only 18-32 mbps. I had to change the wifi card and now its all working well2. The Kolink remote is not working and it wont change the colour of the fan at all. So its kind of useless.Other than that, all game is running 1080P w high to ultra quality no problem.Update: 24th May 2024After a while I notice more and more crashes of the games and I keep getting BSOD. I ran a stress test.GPU is fineCPU is faulty, its all in the video.Update 8th August 2024:Wifi was so bad, had to buy new Wifi cardCPU faulty, had to replace it w i9 11th genCPU Cooler fan was broken as well, CPU Temp 90-100°c all time even Idle. Replaced it as well with the new one.ADVICE: Do not buy, its better to build your own!I complained about the CPU after first week through email, didnt get answer.
