Best Coffee maker!!
I was VERY impressed with this coffee maker. Especially for the price. First it looks so beautiful on the counter. Love the color. Only brand with one this color. The coffee comes out really hot and stays hot. The taste is great. The only complaint is there is no on off and itâs supposed to turn off automatically in like 2 hours but unfortunately it does not so you have to unplug it. But not a big deal. There is no clock or timer. The only other thing the single brew basket is small. Their single brew only coffee maker has a bigger carafe. If you like it single and strong that may be an issue, get the single brew. But if you want a whole pot, itâs perfect tasting coffee every time.

Stopped working in 10 days
If I could give it zero stars, I would! I have had this item for 10 days and it stopped brewing. It brews maybe 2 cups and the 10 cups sit in the water chamber. Yes Iâm pressing 12 cup on the front, it just stops working. The color plum is pretty but honestly the size isnât really that much smaller. For the a quarter of the price I could have gotten a more reliable, programmable coffee maker. I opted for this because itâs supposed to be smaller and the plum is so pretty. Returning it and replacing it with a more reliable machine. So disappointed.

It has no power off button, has to be unplugged
Good product for the price. It’s a perfect size for small areas. Very easy to use. Functionality of either a pot, which stays on for two hrs.before shutting off, or a single cup,which shuts off after coffee is made,is great. Only downside is that it has no power button to shut, you have to unplug it .

Great color, makes good coffee, lacking some basic features
I want to love this coffee maker, but it is lacking. I got it to match the toaster they make (which I own and love) and to match my overall kitchen aesthetic. I love the size and overall appearance. I like the option to make a cup or a pot of coffee. However, I have missed a couple of my Keurig features. First, there is not a 6 oz option. I often brew a 6 oz cup, so this is the biggest let down. I also miss the ability to select the strong brew option. I can live without this, but not having the 6 oz option is just not good. I’m not sure I would buy this again if I had the choice.

Disappointing product and horrible service
Coming back two months later after dealing with their HORRIBLE customer service. After requiring pictures, videos, receipts proving that this coffee maker is near useless and takes 20 minutes daily to make a bad cup of coffee and a huge mess, they took two weeks and two reminder emails to get them to respond. To which they said, they would only send me a new one after I cut the cord. Iâm sorry – you now want me to have no coffee maker at all until you finally decide to send a new one (which, by the way, I have zero faith in). I really wish I could change my two stars I gave it before to zero.I was so excited about this two in one coffee maker – mostly for aesthetic purposes on my counter (I bought this, the toaster, and the air fryer to all match and be clean and slim). This coffee maker is no match to a keurig – mine is about 30 days old and makes a huge mess every single day (completely negating the aesthetics feature I loved about it) and literally does not tell you (in any form) when the water is low. So, you basically waste a pod or end up with a weird double brewed cup of coffee. I just feel disappointed (the toaster also seems so slim that it nearly burns everything we put in it). No issues with the air fryer – that one is actually quite nice.

Good coffee but some kind of operating glitch.
For some reason we have to push the start button, let it make coffee, then push the start button again for it to make the full pot we want. It makes good coffee, but this is very annoying. Kind of user unfriendly.

Super compact 2-1 coffee brewer!
This is a full coffee brewer in the size of other single serve brewers. It looks nice on the counter and takes up much less room than its equivalent competitors. I haven’t used the carafe yet, but it matches the brewer nicely and comes with all of the accessories you could need. The k-cup function works very well and brews a nicely flavored cup of coffee. It blows the water out of the cup very thoroughly, so there’s no dripping or mess when disposing of the used k-cup. prefer an oversized mug and am pleased that this brewer accommodates my large mugs on the single serve tray. The buttons were a little confusing initially, but it’s pretty straight forward once you get the hang of it. There is no “brew” or start button and no power button, so I kept accidentally shutting it off when trying to run the brewer. I got it to go eventually and when I finally read the instructions (probably should’ve started there!), it does say that it starts brewing automatically 5 seconds after you select the size (ounces) desired. It has an 8, 10 or 12 oz options (no 6 oz). Another thing to note is that it has an open overflow hole at the top of the water reservoir. If you overfill it, it will run out onto your counter before the water hits the top of the reservoir. There’s no objective “negatives,” just some adjustments for me as a transition from the another company which I’ve used for years. Overall, this is a very nice looking, space saving, and well functioning coffee maker and I would definitely recommend it.
