Customers say

Customers find the power inverter performs well, with one mentioning it runs their mini fridge without issues, and another noting it powers a 750W microwave in their RV. They appreciate its quality as a pure sine wave inverter and consider it an economical alternative to a generator. The inverter is easy to install and plug-and-play, with good power output. However, the voltage accuracy receives mixed feedback, with several customers reporting unstable output, and the noise level is also mixed, with some finding it not overly noisy while others complain about excessively loud fans.

So far, this inverter really shines!
Exceptionally well-built, without the number one cause of failure related to design flaw – using bolted wiring lugs. This one has proper soldered metal tabs that are securely soldered directly to the circuit board for the battery wires, which prevents high resistance in the battery input from developing as the lugs heat up and cool down, expanding and contacting until the internal connections where the wires bolt on the back of the lugs come loose and add massive amounts of resistance. This is what caused the fire that resulted inside my last inverter (you can find my review of that one with photos of the internal wiring that melted and caught fire in my other reviews here). The way the tabs on this inverter are soldered directly to the board instead of using knurled twist connectors like many others do relieves my fear of another fire. The battery cables bolt on with actual bolts to the exposed side of the tabs, and have hard plastic shells that prevent short circuits in the battery cables where they go into the converter housing. This is MUCH safer than the lugs with wires bolted on the inside that then connect to the circuit board. The display that comes on the face of this unit, and the one on the remote switch are clear, easy to read, and not so bright that they’ll keep you awake at night. They also have useful information for quick-glance occasional checking of the battery voltage, AC output voltage and a bar graph for current load. They also show either “OK” when the system is functioning normally, and fault codes for errors such as over voltage, overload, and other possible faults. Intuitively, the face of both readouts has fault code explanations right on the panel so you’ll never have to go looking through drawers trying to find the owner’s manual to know what went wrong if you get an error, and can use the information immediately to correct the fault. This speaks very highly of the design.Installation was very easy, and due to the type of transformers this inverter uses, it’s just over half the weight of many comparable inverters. One of the best things about this inverter is that when the red push-button switch on the face of the inverter (and the remote switch if connected) are in the “off” position, there is NO current draw, so you don’t get the typical arcing that occurs with many of the inverters in this price range, and don’t have to use a resistor when connecting your battery to prevent huge sparks. This is a huge safety bonus for lead acid battery setups as that spark could lead to an explosion if your battery is off-gassing when you make that connection. So far, I’m quite impressed. I tested the system using a 300ah lithium iron phosphate battery to power the inverter, and running a 10,000btu home air conditioner plugged directly into one of the inverter sockets. The inverter didn’t even stumble, powering the air conditioner for over an hour. The fans turned on immediately when the load was applied, rather than waiting for the inverter to heat up, which again is safer than units which turn the fans on in response to heat after it occurs. This kept the heat on the outside of the inverter down to only 24f above ambient temperature. The fans are also about as noisy as an electric toothbrush, (and far less irritating). As for longevity, only time will tell. But we’re off to a great start so far, and for the reasons already mentioned, I already feel confident that this inverter was designed to perform well, and to last.If anything changes, I’ll change my review to reflect the changes. If you’re reading this review and it’s still showing 5 stars with no updates, it’s still performing as stated.

Great inverter for the price. I will definitely recommend it.
This unit deserves it’s 5 star rating. The 1000w inverter works as described in the add. Fan noise is very acceptable at least in my garage. I purchased it to perform load testing on 12v lifepo4 batteries. I also use a fan forced 2 temperature heater 750w and 1500w for testing. The 1500w maxes out the input amps at 78 amps at 12.0v I ran this setting for about 60 minutes on my new Weize 12v 100ah battery. Then I turned it down to the lower setting and the input amps was 53.With an infrared temperature gun the inverter stayed below 90⁰f. The cable temperature did reach 101⁰f under full load. There’s also a small voltage drop of 0.18v on each supplied which isn’t terrible.Specs I verified maximum input amps was 92 at about 11.5v and it didn’t give any high current warning. The low voltage beeper started at 11v and the unit did cut off at 9.5v at the ternimals on the back of the unit. The display worked well and voltages were correct. The only negative I found is the manual says the fuse won’t blow unless it’s incorrectly connected. New fuses are supplied but no instructions on replacing it.If you are on the fence about purchasing don’t think twice.

    Great little inverter
Great little 2000W inverter, the included remote switch works flawlessly and displays the status/load of the system, it’s also plenty long enough to put anywhere in our 19ft van. Haven’t had it up above 500W yet but so far it hasn’t skipped a beat. Below 500W it’s been very quiet and hasn’t produced and noticeable heat. Has plenty of plugs/ports on the inverter and even the capability to wire in an outlet if you didn’t want to plug directly into the inverter. Feels very sturdy and mounted to our wall under the bed and just made it through a 3000 mile road trip without any squeaks or noises.

Good inverter, with a few minor issues
True to prior reviews, this appears to be a well built and capable inverter that comes with everything you need. Hooked it up the day I got it and it’s been powering a 5 cu ft chest freezer continuously, and other devices as needed without any issues for 48hrs now. Couple of minor things that potential buyers should be aware of, and the reason for 4 instead of 5 stars: 1 of the 2 plastic acorn nuts that secure the terminal protector caps wasn’t fully threaded, so it can’t engage the terminal lug unless you discard one of the 2 supplied flat washers. There was also no reading on the output meter on either the inverter screen or wired remote with my 60 watt test load, so I thought I had a defective unit. Saw a YT vid where the reviewer had the same issue, which is there will be no display on the output meter with “low” wattage loads. When I ran a load of 600 watts, the output meter did show 2 bars. Too bad they went with a bar, rather than a numerical output display. Overall, this inverter has done what I need it to so far- delivering continuous clean and stable a/c power without any issues.
